Of all the healthcare providers I have ever encountered, Capital Multi Health Group is the finest. From planning until the session conclusion is amazing. Particularly good. one provider, Dr. Elad; her method shows exceptional compassion and humanity.

I wholeheartedly recommend the Washington Center for Women's and Children's Wellness. I first found this practice during my pregnancy when I suffered from several severe pregnancy conditions. My employer's medical staff had actually accused me of faking it!! Thank goodness for WCWCW. I can say with all honesty that they likely saved my life. They specialize in women's health and are versed and up-to-date on the latest research. You *won't* find these doctor's dismissing your concerns or acting like you're imaging things. They listen with compassion and work with you to provide the right medical care and medication. I wholeheartedly trust the physicians at this practice and strongly recommend them.

My experience at sandstone was one of the more defining moments of my journey in mental health. The environment was consistently friendly and supporting and sharing my journey with others helped me to figure my own things out. Knowing that a place like this exists that I can go back to helps me feel safe and secure. The staff is great as well.

If you want to get sober, then go here. It was free since I had Maryland insurance. They do not mess around. Mary was a huge support as a therapist.

My child was here for partial inpatient and then intensive outpatient between October 2022 and Feb 2023.

Tranquility Woods was all around a great experience. This was my third time in treatment and I would highly recommend them. They provide you with much more counseling than any other place (3-4) times a week. The food is absolutely incredible! It was nice to be without my phone during this stay because it gave me time to disconnect from the outside world and focus. Queen size beds made sleeping nice and comfortable! The staff all around are great. I wish I had come here the first time I went to treatment!

Do NOT go here for mental health services. Chinwe is ignorant. She’ll talk about herself half of the time, and argue with you about your own emotions. She’s a laptop doctor. She prescribed me the worst medication combinations and would CONSISTENTLY forget my appointments or to fill my medications. I left after a summer of her not filling my meds. I realized I was worse off than when I started. She also broke HIPPAA and told me information about my parent, who was another patient, then disclosed information to her as well about me. She prescribed me medication that ruined my eyesight. Weight loss medication after diagnosing me with an eating disorder. This is sketchy.

My therapist, that I actually opened up to cut me off of my therapy because I was visiting in another state for a whole month. Never did I once get a phone call letting me know, not an email or no communication telling me bye. I’ve never met a therapist, so heartless and careless in my life. I must say they know how to fake it to make it.

I did next level IOP. All I can say is don’t go there! There is maybe one good therapist there by the name of Billy.

We met when I was homeless, living in a tent and with her support, and understanding I now live in a mental wellness program in Suitland, Maryland. She, has been a good friend, and a tremendous advocate for myself. Every, time that I have reached out for help and guidance she has step up.

Front desk administrator was very rude to me and refused to give a simple work note for not having updated insurance information even when I explain I already gave them this information prior. She went to the extent of canceling my appointments for no reason.

Avoid this place at all costs. They only care about your money. Dr. Patrick Harmon’s actions—or lack thereof—almost cost me my life. After their dubious genetic testing, which I was initially told would be covered by insurance but wasn’t, he abruptly took me off my medications, resulting in violent withdrawal symptoms. It's been a month, and I’m still suffering.

They've been ok with me for the most part. Cannot complain too much. I've been going here since 2014. I've had some issues here and there with certain therapists, that were not helpful or professional. But they immediately corrected the issue for me, and I was able to see someone else. The staff has always been kind to me. Very rarely if ever did I have an issue with the receptionists behind the glass windows. I know not everyone will have the same experiences like I've had. However, I will say give them a chance to correct any problems. They do have a large turnover, so be patient. But give them a chance. They've been good to me so far. Just make sure your concerns are heard, and known. Don't stop until you get the answers you want.

Let’s start with the good…. We have been very happy with the services provided and the providers that are helping my son. His individual therapist is accessible and the communication is good. Now for the negative… We are using our insurance eff flexible spending account to pay for our copay. Early in the year we were also using it to pay for our deductible and needed to supply our FSA with detailed receipts. The admin people at the front desk gave me non-detailed receipts on three separate occasions even after I explain to them what I needed. But I asked for was a description of the service the provider and the amount. After the third failed attempt they gave me a billing number and a name of someone that I needed to talk to. We have called them four times and have never received a return call. I have also sent two emails without a response. To sum it up therapists and services are good; front desk and billing department poor. Update: The week after I posted the review, the problem was solved. We haven’t had any other issues

I had the absolute worst experience within a matter of two days. I got food poisoning the girls they stole my cigs, and candy ( of all things) , The cafeteria smells like they need to be reviewed by the food department because there’s no reason why I’m throwing up and shaking only on my second day there I signed up for rehab rehabilitation not to end up in the ER
