The staff is the best they actually care about you it’s more of a home feeling this is literally the number one place and I should no I have been in 27 rehabs and been using for 23 years I am now in recovery !!! Have almost 9 month clean!! This place is amazing number one!!! Thank you palmetto for always having the door open to me and anyone else who needs it !!!

Out of the few programs I have been to, this is the first one where people actually treated me like a human instead of behaving like a bunch of thugs. It's the first program that I have completed all the way through and I would not be here if not for them. I'm sorry for the people that have had bad experiences with this place but it's certainly different now. If the 11-month-old review is anything to go by from another person on here they clearly have changed their direction to be a lot more compassionate. Megan and Katie are always very understanding and very patient. I miss being on Miss Rose's caseload. Always nice to hear from her.

I go to therapy due to me having Macular Degeneration and health issues that has me totally stressed out. I sought help. My health has declined and I was so overwhelmed with everything. People please protect your mental and your peace. I am fighting a battle in which many people do not understand, unless it is happening to them or a loved one. A battle in which I do not wish upon anyone. Its me today but can be you tomorrow. This world has no compassion or empathy for those whom are suffering. My disease is a hidden disability and because I do not look like I feel I am judged and criticized. I feel so sick, alone, afraid, and helpless. Despite all the medical evidence that proves my claim they still think its not true. I am really suffering behind most often a painted smile. However, now im tired. Crying and screaming within. Why is all this happening to me? I never have time to catch my breath. Being blind or legally blind is not easy. One day I could see and then suddenly you can barely see anything. The world changed just like that. Shame on those who do not have a heart and who is trying to break mines with their opinions. Who do you turn to when there is nowhere or noone to turn to? The staff is awesome at the Lexington Park location Kia is so nice she can run that office by herself with no problem she always has a smile and is very helpful she is definitely someone you want to keep there.I have had nothing but great experiences at this location

I have been a patient for a little over a year. I really wish I would have found them a lot sooner the employee's are awesome they don't judge you and really make you feel better no matter what you're situation is. The doctor is very easy to talk to and he's one of the first that I feel is actually listening. If you are trying to stay away from the streets then matclinics is the place to be even if it's alcohol they can and will help.

Havredegrace office is very kind and professional. Its hard to find good old school customer service anymore. It really doesn't exist much anymore. Great place to get what you need.

Ashley Addiction Treatment is a wonderful place for recovery. Their focus on physical, mental, and spiritual recovery is second to none in the nation. The entire staff at Ashley, from the CEO to cleaning staff, is devoted to one thing...helping those struggling with addiction. One of the best things they do is their after-care guidance including sponsorship of the Ashley Online Alumni Association contributes to long-time recovery. Five Star all the way!

Amanda the receptionist Plus the nurse Mahogany that works on Franklin Street are very professional ,kind and courteous. I do not feel like I'm being judged or labeled. They make me feel very relaxed and comfortable they keep the place very clean very comfortable atmosphere, they take time to answer all my questions. THEY'RE very patient with me and the doctors there or very professional and kind to me.

The Hagerstown office has amazing ppl working there. They are ALWAYS nice and very helpful. They never make you feel uncomfortable and are always on time. The providers are wonderful and very informative.

I had a positive clinical experience with Led Life during my virtual visits in 2024 with NP Mei-Jen. NP Mei-Jen was very friendly and helped me while I was working my way through a rough patch. Led Life offered great flexibility in terms of virtual appointments and appointment times. Dr. Amir Isbell (CFO) was able to assist me today with a proper billing resolution. I appreciate the time he took to speak with me, resolve my main concern, and discuss all that Led Life had to offer to their patients. I feel that 5-star reviews are not only earned based on perfection but also how businesses are able to work through any concerns that arise.
