My recent experience at Pine Tree was phenomenal. Pine Tree relieved my immediate suffering with such unbelievable kindness, professionalism and medical stabilizations protocol. The staff delivered care without judgment. The facility is clean and very comfortable. The programs, information and discharge planning are thoughtful and appropriate. The food is…I have no words! It is made with so much love you can feel it with every bite! Michelin level nutritional restoration! I am forever grateful for their care.

After weeks of working with another company, I can safely say, I am mortified with the service provided by Alternative Wellness Care even more than I was when I made my initial decision to discontue working with them. My hope is that this posting will encourage better training in staff, ensuring that each case manager has the tools, resources, and attitude required to assist each client with their needs. I was not offered the quality of care I deserved. I am beyond grateful to have had the skills to advocate for myself and pursue what I knew was correct and healthy.

I completed the 28 day program at the farm last year, and overall had a good experience. Most of the staff are extremely helpful and really do care! The unfortunate part is like many others have experienced, they try to cram so much information in your head in 28 days that’s it’s almost impossible to retain any of it after the first week or two. I don’t remember much of my stay there. It was an opportunity to clean myself up, and meet some good people though. I would recommend it if you’re willing to work hard, can handle many hours of group therapy, and you are willing to stay clean. To date, I haven’t relapsed, so it must have worked! Also, if you wish to get involved in medically assisted treatment they don’t offer that there. So I would advise to start there before hand so you can have that extra tool to help while you’re there. I started m.a.t after I completed the program and that’s also been a help. Good luck!

Marjorie averill helped me ever so much, would be lost without her. With my alcohol problem, childhood trauma. Didn't know who to turn to, or where to go or what to do. Marjorie changed my life for the best. Think she was only one who helped. Marjorie is the best.

Been coming to anglez for several months. Everyone from front desk receptionist to my casemagement have been more than accommodating, respectful. Even when I changed my therapist at anglez they were very, genuinely concerned about my mental health and well being. I can't thank them enough for all support they give me. They are always welcoming, with friendly smiles and curious about mental check in. Even for appointments.

Limited Staff, most of their counselors don't seem to know what they are doing, a dirty building, and it's in a sketchy area. You won't find quality help there.

The care and support I receive from Sweetser has been consistently excellent.

I recently opened services for case management and had texted forms and questions and concerns to my new caseworker, when I called her boss to let her know what I had found out about switching pharmacies, I got chewed out for texting my caseworker too much! I have had previous caseworkers and not once did I ever get scolded for texting forms or questions to them. I was not impressed with the attitude I got from the manager. I have read other reviews from people and I must say that my experience so far has not been good

Dr. Fellers saved my life 10 years ago. When I began counseling and treatment, I was an absolute mess. I won't go into detail, but I had a serious addiction problem. Dr. Fellers spent the time to work with me; with candor and dignity he assigned a treatment plan. I've been a client since 2016 and wouldn't trust anyone else to handle my situation… I also want to mention excellent customer service from the rest of the team at Cortex - you folks are fantastic and I appreciate you!

Definitely recommend for inpatient services if you are having issues with your mental health. I had a great experience here. I absolutely loved Darcie, Kim, James & Katelin but all of the staff were very nice and kind. I would come back here for any mental health needs. They definitely saved my life and mental health. In my opinion/experience/observation They have only 1 tool. Morphine. In my experience they gave it…pain or not. and I wonder if that’s what caused my father to decline so fast. I know it sounds cliche, but I’ve been an RN for over a decade and always believed in hospice until now.

Basically, they are incompetent or negligent...pick one. A family member admitted themself after a fall and head injury. The ER staff lied and said they'd contacted the VA hospital for a transfer of care but then discharged family member home when they were unstable. Medical abandonment. Called the hospital to report the incident and was given the run around and they did not take the situation seriously at all. Family member could have died. Thankfully, they're now in a hospital that actually knows how to care for people.

I've been working with these guys for six years. I have had a total of three case managers during that time (I was only with the first one for about a month before she had to take time off for some reason, they put me with #2 and I adored her and opted not to go back to #1 when she came back). Both times my case manager put referrals in for counseling for me, I was situated with a counselor in less than a month! I am a person who requires a TON of support, for example: I have very bad PTSD, including severe medical trauma, but I am also physically disabled and trying to navigate getting that figured out, which means I have to go to a lot of medical appointments but my PTSD makes it very hard. Both my previous CM and my new one are very willing to accompany me to appointments to make sure my PTSD symptoms don't interfere with my treatment and so that I can remember what was talked about. I also require support in nearly every other aspect of my life, and I have always been pleased with my CMs abilities to help When CM#2 had an emergency that took them out of work, Health Affiliates had me with a new case manager in less than a week. I also really like that I can view all of my progress notes and other documents from home using the web portal. All of the providers I have worked with (CM and counseling) have been open minded and respectful of my "alternative" faith, and of my sexuality.

I have experience referring clients and their families to Ridge RTC in Maine – Lakehouse. It’s a small, tightly knit program with only eight clients, all around the same age. I saw clients and their families report meaningful improvements in both mental health and family relationships. Their discharge planning was excellent, providing us with a range of great aftercare options in our area.

They treat the parents of children like animals. They have many new supervisors that are to young and enjoy power and control. Told today while we were there early and the child was there also that we needed to wait outside for 15 min until 2 pm because that's when our visit starts. But they were in playing games with our daughter while we had tobwait outside for 8 min until the new district area supervisor named Jessica said oh you can cone in and wait inside. Then told she was also going to sit in with the visit. Sad place and they won't help the parents of the children they help foster placement more then the bio parents.

Such a wonderful place to go for therapy with mental health! Everyone are wonderful people who treat others with respect and help support you with whatever you’re going through, and most importantly they don’t judge anyone!
