I have apparently been going there off and on since 2006. Right now they’re my saving grace. I have been through some ups and downs in that place. I have seen it go through changes. To me the newest incarnation of the services makes me happy. They’re helping me pull through some tough spots. I appreciate the different people that took the time to talk to me lately. It means the world to me.

They aren’t there for the kids, all children are to them is collateral damage. I have never dealt with them but I know good parents they have screwed over. When they say that they have the child’s best interest at heart they are full if it. How can they when they don’t take the time to analyze the situation properly.

Yeah, I wrote a nice review and I take that back entirely. This place is terrible, and they enable their staff to be abusive to their patients. I’ve been in this since I was seven years old I was on the phone the other day and wanted to ask my doctor if he could get my neurology appointment faster because I’m having seizures this woman named, Lisa said she can send a message off to me and I said they’re making me unable to function and then this woman on the phone named Lisa said oh that’s everybody’s excuse. Does everybody have seizures? So me and her have this big argument, and she yells at me and she said she’s gonna talk to her supervisor and then her supervisor never calls me. I never get a call back. This woman should not be working with mental health patient the way she’s acting and the fact that I got no response back and no help especially after I was abused like that is ridiculous. This woman was saying that I’m making excuses in life. She needs to be fired. It is disgusting that nobody reached out to me after they claimed they would.

I came to the ER with very high BP and fast heart rate after three weeks of getting over a respiratory virus. The attempt to bring the BP down wasn't achieved so I was given a choice of leaving or being admitted for overnight observation. I chose to be admitted. I was taken off one of my BP medications because even after explaining several times to the cardiologist that the cough I had was a productive cough that stayed after the rest of my virus symptoms had ceased, not a dry cough side effect from my long time medication. Changing to a different one took several trys to get better numbers. I am also diabetic but the hospital only carries the Insulin I'm allergic to. Luckily I had my insulin with me and said they could use it. Everything was fine until I informed them of the dosage my Endricinogolist had prescribed. This was when we started having issues. They were going to only administer what they decided I needed. This was less than a third of my normal amount. Even though I told them it wouldn't be enough, they were doing it their way and on their schedule. Needless to say, my glucose levels contributed to remain high. I tried to reason with them so they removed it from my room so I couldn't have access to my own insulin. I didn't get any insulin that was scheduled for before breakfast leading to elevated glucose level. It was also after two days as an inpatient that I finally got something done to see what might be done about the cough that was still going on causing my body stress and lack of sleep. I am going to check myself out because I don't trust my recovery to people who refuse to listen. My overnight observation has already turned into 3 days.

Peace Hospital in Louisville, KY was just okay, but I definitely would not go back. The use of force felt unnecessary, especially on 3 North. There was one nurse who worked regularly and seemed to give shots for almost anything, even when the situation didn’t seem serious enough to require it. The use of mechanical restraints was also concerning. If someone is in a behavioral hospital, they are already struggling, and strapping patients to a bed or chair felt excessive and unnecessary. My biggest concern was how room restriction was handled on 3 North. If you were placed on restriction, staff would take your bed as soon as you woke up—sometimes as early as 6:45 a.m.—and you wouldn’t get it back until around 7–7:30 p.m. You were kept in your room for a minimum of three days, even with good behavior. On top of that, staff would take your socks and sweatshirt, leaving you in a freezing room with nothing to stay warm. While on restriction, you were not allowed to speak to the staff member at your door, and if you did, it would be marked against you and could extend your restriction time. Overall, the environment felt more punitive than therapeutic, which was very disappointing.

We've tried seven counties twice. And both times, and different locations have severely let us down. Their "24/7" assistance, complete bull. If you're dealing with an emergency, no matter what they say, just call 911. They don't care, and if they did they would be much more help. Even if you're doing everything right, that's all they tell you. "you're doing everything right, I'm not sure what else to do". First time, we tried for 8 months with their services. They're an acute service which means SHORT TERM. second time, absolutely no help then either, and canceled the evaluation with no warning to us at all. Let me know where I can go where someone actually gives a damn.

Find anywhere else to be seen. They do not take mental heath seriously, it’s nearly IMPOSSIBLE to get ahold of them. I’ve called 20+ a day, still no answer or call back. I was being seen by a wonderful psychiatrist here back in 2020 and have been seeing her for years, but they lied and said that she was on maternity leave while she was still working there and everyone who was working there were taking her clients, Including myself. I had no knowledge on this until I spoke to the same psychiatrist who left this facility after the fact. These people only do this for the money and to have a job, they don’t care about peoples mental health. The teenager who works answering the phones is rude and smiled at my sister who was crying due to the fact she did not have a refill on her medicine for 5+ days and my sister was extremely upset. Do not go to this place, they do not take mental health seriously. RUN and find literally ANYWHERE ELSE to be seen.

I would give zero stars if possible. This facility is a mess of unprofessionalism. I had a therapist use my session to talk about his own personal grief instead of my trauma, and when I reported him, the replacement therapist 'brushed off' my urgent 702 proof of no income form to go on vacation. The management is just as bad, making me wait a week for a simple signature I needed for food stamps so they could have a hearing to approve or deny my form. I just asked a neighbor instead. They have zero regard for patients with transportation barriers or chronic physical and mental conditions. They insisted and demanded that i come in person when i told them i dont drive and i have social anxiety. Even their 'emergency' response is a joke. I called for help to escape an abusive living situation, and the mobile team's only 'solution' was to sit me in a van and ask if I had suicidal thoughts. They have no resources for actual crisis intervention or relocation; they just run through a checklist and leave you exactly where they found you. They don't care about your safety—they only care about whether or not you're a liability. It's been a few sessions now with the new therapist and she pisses me off every time. She interrogates me and always asks about suicidal thoughts when i have never shown anything but confidence and a high self esteem. She doesn't see the individual, everyone is the same to her. She generalizes everyone. I asked for a new therapist and the manager said no and that I wasn't welcomed here. If anyone is looking for a therapy office, go anywhere else but here. This is the lowest of the low in Louisville. Seven Counties is rock bottom and you can do better.

Sent my niece here straight from a mental health hospital. She got there this past Friday and it is now Monday and they have not given her any of her meds. When she informed them that she was literally going crazy and needed to see a doctor, they told her everybody feels like that and when she informed them she couldn't sleep without her medication they told her to drink warm milk even though she's lactose intolerant.

Some of the rudest people work here or at least answer the phones. Called the number i was given by the suicide prevention hotline to get information about their outpatient treatments, the lady who answered the phone was so rude and said in the most annoyed tone “did you not call the crisis hotline first”, i was caught off guard as i was in a very emotional state due to a crisis situation. Im sure it was easy to hear that i was upset in my voice on the phone as well, but that did not change her tone. I responded with “well this was the number i was given but 988 but I’ll look up your alls crisis number instead” with as much attitude back as i could give while in that state, then hung up. Thankfully I talked to some really supportive people before and after her. But that could be the last straw for someone in a similar situation. Be kind, especially if you’re in this field.

Yesterday I had a bad experience with a psychiatrist. Christine denied my mother medical attention and canceled all of her and the therapist's appointments. She flatly refused to see my mother, that I would have to find another place to see my mother. A nurse on the same day 9-9-2024 called me and let me know that my mother was not going to be seen anymore 2 hours before the appointment for no reason. And she let me know that if mom needed a refill of her medications there was no problem and when I called Seven Counties Services they told me that Dr. Christine refused to give my mother the refill. I told her that my mother needed that medication because my mother had been pre-heart attacked. She refused to give me the refill of the medication and I went to the place and at the reception they told me that they could not do anything because the doctor refused and that she could not do anything else. They are people who without medication can relapse into bipolar disorder and severe depression because they are psychiatric patients. Very bad experience and I do not recommend this place.
