As the only nonprofit in the state of Kentucky serving adolescent girls diagnosed as severely traumatized by abuse, Maryhurst provides a uniquely comprehensive continuum of care. The Maryhurst Renewal program extends therapeutic support through office-, home-, and school-based counseling services for all ages. Their therapeutic specialties include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), EMDR, and Family Systems Therapy. In addition, targeted case management services assist families with housing, education, and healthcare navigation. Their Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) program addresses both trauma-related behaviors and life-skills development, while psychiatric services provide medication support in coordination with other treatments.
