Do not go to any of these locations!! Especially the ones with Jason Heck! I was in a domestic violence situation and this office took the side of my abuser, making sure he had everything he needed and writing me off. They cut me off my proper meds yet always made sure my abuser was comfortable. WHAT A JOKE

The front desk rep at the Delphi location is very disrespectful and cannot work customer service what so ever. Picking up a doc note was just the end of the world for her . Had an attitude from the time I stepped up to the desk. Didn’t offer help what so ever . Who knew a doc faxing a note from the Burlington location could be so difficult for her 😂. Wrong line of business wouldn’t recommend the Delphi location. Burlington is great always a warm welcome.

As someone who recently was discharged from the hospital, this is by far the best facility I’ve been to. I like the fact that you have to wear scrubs. So you don’t have to worry about having someone drop off clothes. The nurses and tech are super helpful and friendly. Their food is better than most hospital foods. They offer helpful groups which was one thing I liked. Because other facilities the groups are not reliable. These groups are almost DBT related. The doctors listen and won’t discharge you unless the doctor thinks you’re ready.

Center stone has really changed my life for the best I vo to iop 3 days week and take part in the groups with Mckayla.She takes time out of her day to help me and everyone else that needs help with there struggles this to center stone im living my best life.🫡

I Absolutely love and Appreciate this place for everything and Every single person they help every day. But You can only help someone as long as they want to help themselves. I am a huge Advocate for this place and all the resources it has to offer. And if you don't like this place. That's okay you don't have to go. But just know. They will be right there to help when you finally realize. 💡 Hey maybe I am the common denominator in all my problems. 🤦‍♀️ Oaklawn is amazing & they do help with all kinds of things. But they don't just hand it out. You gotta show them you want to help yourself. They have been my biggest support for more than 10 years now. And In my life for 15+. Thank you, Oaklawn & Every single person that has worked, Does work, is working, and will work there. Because every one of you are amazing and blessed.

It has very good counseling services here. They really care and are very professional.

I have been going there for 14 weeks and I am happy to say that my counselor is awesome. Her name is Heidi and she has helped me with some issues I have been dealing with. I strongly suggest this place for more then drug and alcohol counseling but for other issues you might have. Kudos to you Heidi O"Neal !

And before anyone says anything my insurance was gonna cover $20,000+ all besides $2200 and even tho I told them I had a job once I completed rehab they didn't care. And at first they said no because I have a service animal and when they were told they can't do that it's against federal law that's when me having to pay come up. It was all good before that tho. I'm def reporting them.

Good councilors, but not welcoming to service dogs in training. Was asked to leave because my pup was making noise while I was petting him.

The people there are great even the chefs. The groups are great therapists are great. try to take everything in write it down they will give yu a journal nd work the program dont let it work yu. But its a great program been sober for a year and 3 months went to la because of RCA im telling yall its great.

We have had a great experience here. The office staff is friendly and helpful. Scheduling is easy. Phone calls are returned in a timely manner. Med refills have been straightforward.

Sarah, the dental hygienist, is the best ever! She is so friendly and thorough with cleanings! I literally have received the best cleaning I’ve ever had! Thank you, Sarah!

Dr Boyd, his staff and the staff at Ascension are the absolute best! They went out of their way and over the top to make sure that my experience was the most positive that could possibly be. The time I got into the hospital gown until the time the drain came out before I came home, everything great. Excellent Healthcare, kindness and compassion!

I see Candice weekly at Centerstone. I wouldn't go anywhere else. They are so kind.
