Today was my first experience with the Maine Township office since moving to Des Plaines 2 years ago and their assistance couldn't have been better. I Initially called the assessors dept. regarding the senior property tax exemption and spoke to Sam who was extremely helpful and courteous. I went to the office later that day and Liz assisted me with filing. Actually, she did the work and also helped me straighten out another issue with the lot numbers. She was a pleasure to work with and I couldn't be happier. Thank you all.
