Compass literally saved my life. I cannot recommend the adult PHP/IOP program enough. I like that it is skill based and leave you with a toolkit of skills to bring into your life. The staff is also amazing, from front desk to nursing to the individual and group therapists to the psychiatrists - everyone has been so wonderful.

It's in the neighborhood so it's very convenient. It's always pretty clean but you can't always expect speedy service or the best of attitudes. I try to always be pleasant that's the best way to be but you don't always get what you put out here. Overall this location is OK Iwill be returning again it's in the neighborhood

If I could give no stars I would. Spouse had appt and the counselor never showed up. He wasted 3 hours waiting for this guy.

absolutely terrible that this is all our children have for options. their counselor "sarah" is not equipped to be a counselor for children. if you have children and enjoy your rights as a parent stay away from here.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Terrible experience with these people! If you can afford to go literally anywhere else in Clinton County, I would do it.

My experience was pretty good until my mom retired.Then I had to go on Medcare. As soon that happened they tried to help me to get the bill down.But I was still paying out of pocket.

I am in dire need of help. I’ve been very suicidal this past week. I reached out to Iroquois mental health in desperation. They got me in in 10 minutes. The staff was friendly enough and I spoke to a lady from crisis for about 30 minutes. Upon leaving I was given paperwork to bring back for my appointment. The problem is that the only appointment that was supposedly available was not for almost a month!! Why would they make someone who is very suicidal wait for a month to get counseling? 30 minutes with them and I’m done!

My experience here was very poor. The receptionist B & my therapist also B, would message during sessions about their book club & then began to both bully me. My therapist engaged in multiple acts of abusive behavior from raising her voice, to making reactive inappropriate comments. She followed this up with lying in my notes.

Cannot say how happy I am to have found Light on Anxiety and my therapist. I needed someone with patience, expertise on building tools ground-up, and the ability to call me out when I needed it (especially to drill into the root of the issue at hand). Being able to do therapy remotely is also just super convenient for me as well. I’ve referred so many friends, and the few that called love their experience.

As far as they're dui services go and other outpatient program, I can't comment bc I never used it. However the methadone clinic, which is still fairly new needs to better organized. Since beginning the OMT program I am now on my 7th counselor. The owner is a lovely person with great intentions but theirs obviously a problem internally with the staff since everything is unorganized and waiting times could be anywhere from 15 min(on a good day) to 75 minutes(possibly longer if you have an appointment to see the doctor). First clinic I've been to that does weekly drops, which can be inconvenient. They do have staff that really care about helping the clients and as soon as they can get organized better, make the waiting time shorter(maybe getting the nurse some extra help, been the most helpful person there for me) and be able to get letters out faster than a 2 week notice. They're on the right track and I hope they get there, because theirs potential but as more people sign up to seems like the progress takes a couple steps back.

I went to my first appointment here today. The lobby was clean, the receptionists, dental assistants and dentist were all kind and informative. Patient area is clean as well and the whole place has a nice aesthetic. I’ll be returning here for more dental work.

My daughter came here after years of issues. Could not get her to stop hurting herself. We had one other residential school that she was in. This place is God sent. I see a major difference in her. I would recommend this school to any parent struggling with a child/teen. They work with you as well, weekly meetings. So you become part of the solution. For the first time in years I am hopeful for her to grow up and have a Normal life.

Everyone I've talked to at Sinnissippi has been friendly, kind, and helpful. My counselor and psychiatrist are especially wonderful and a huge help to me. I'm so grateful that this place exists and that I can finally get the help I've needed for so many years.

Everyone is super Kind and helpful. They accept most insurance as well as IL Medicaid. If you are considering counseling or therapy, go here. You won't regret it.
