Kris is an amazing counselor and I just don't know what she would do without Miranda! The help I have received from the staff here is PRICELESS. I love the one on ones AND group therapy. Without Preferred, I would not have lasted in my recovery. I AM SO GRATEFUL.

Clean, safe, and comfy environment. Very quiet and peaceful. Staff in general are diligent, compassionate, and presentable. I found Dakota's work ethic to be impressive a. I was consistently reciprocated with the same amount of wholehearted kindness and polite language I gave. I was offered access to community resources, after being given help with both forms of crisis I was having. I had time and attention dedicated to both conversation and requests. I had unrestricted access to food, staff saying, "Eat whatever you want." I was provided with emotional support and respite in my times of need. Valued instruction and prompt reminders.

Management is an arrogant, rather unpleasant bunch -- and their office and building hold a persistently foul smell. Not a particularly welcoming atmosphere.

My family and I visited Community Family Clinic in Idaho Falls on Tuesday, 12/16/25 at 9:15 a.m. for our immigration health examination, and we had an excellent experience. The entire process was fast, well-organized, and very efficient. Every staff member was kind, helpful, and truly took great care of our family. Special thanks to Dr. Joshua Stringam, Nicole, and the wonderful staff who helped with our blood draw and guided us through filling out all the paperwork. When we made mistakes on our forms, Nicole was incredibly patient and even reprinted every single page for us. We are also very grateful to the two front desk ladies for their friendly customer service and warm welcome. Thank you to everyone at Community Family Clinic for making us feel comfortable, supported, and well cared for. Highly recommended!

I have taken my children twice here based on clear facts I have from what my children have said and also what multiple witnesses have said not only in court but as well as outside of court. The first time I brought them here, their "interview" was not even 5 minutes BTW. The second time, they said there was signs of sa from their interview and did not do anything. This is now the third time my children have gone as a court order and this place is withholding the report from the evaluation which is evidence in my court case and considered contempt of court. Don't ever go here on your own terms. If the court orders it, ask the judge to order it somewhere completely different. The courts dont even do anything with clear evidence and let the party thats doing the abuse take them. 0 out of 5 stars if I could. The judicial system and this place are corrupt. Please listen to me. Do not take your kids here.

They waisted over a week of my time by having me coming in while lady had her b day I guess and other days other lady at desk was sick supposedly…anyways I was suppose to go in today to log in to clearing house and make her my doctor or wherever it’s called on there and wanted to obtain my paperwork today so someone I know can look at it because my English is not perfect when it comes to smart words and I know nothing about law so don’t feel comfortable signing any papers without someone looking at them…they refused to give me some papers and also said I have to pay today to keep my 1st appointment for next week and in beginning they told me that I just have to pay before I have my first appointment which is not until Tuesday they where really trying to get that $550 dollars and treated me that I will not have my appointment if I don’t pay today(half a week in advance to appointment).after waisting so much of my time they had enough nerves to not wait few hours until I could give them answer after checking how Jerome company works and if I can have all paperwork from them and if they where same and would refuse to give me paperwork to my plan was to go ahead and just come to twin falls location since it’s closer…now I have over a week waisted time because of main lady’s b day I believe who they said don’t work on such a day then lady at office was sick few days.

This Community Metal Health Service is very dangerous to join because they play mind games & doesn't support or work with you but instead support people who is against you I would give no stars if I could. I don't recommend any one to join Community Mental Health to anyone who has common sense.

My emotions were disrespected by the psychiatrist, Dr. Brown. During my time, I was sick and anemic and ended up throwing up. I was instructed to clean it up myself with paper towels despite my state of nausea and lightheadedness.

I wish I had gone sooner! Plenty of great counselors that don't judge your situation. I learned a lot in IOP and I am now confident in my ability to achieve lasting sobriety with the tools I was given. Special thank you to both Melissa Larsen and Sarah Walling-Gifford for consistently supporting me through a very traumatic time in my life and never letting me feel alone. I will forever be grateful for the Walker Center!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Impossible to schedule an appointment. Dave texted me to get my daughter on the books. I asked him any day after 3. He said next availability would be November 27th. On Thanksgiving. He said misty is only available every other Thursday. So I told him to put me on the schedule for December 11th which he confirmed was open. Then he told me he cannot schedule that far out. I have never heard of a clinic not being able to schedule a few weeks out. He told me he doesn’t “typically” schedule that far out because of no shows. So I asked him when I can call to secure the 11th. He texted back and said even if I called next week he can’t guarantee that the day will be open. So if someone else were to schedule it they can. But for some reason he wouldn’t allow me to schedule it. It sounds like they are open holidays though so they have that going for them. I wouldn’t waste your time with this clinic. Unless you’re able to get in on a holiday. I did text back and told him to go ahead and put my daughter down for Thanksgiving day and he never responded back.

This is a great asset to our community. They are very accommodating to those in need of their services.

It’s making me put a star but there are no stars to be deserved. Jason Williamson is the WORST and I highly do NOT recommend him! He is a dishonest, incompetent, unprofessional, coward. I was referred to this evaluator from a close friend who went to him for his second DUI who didn’t get any out patient treatment and blew well over an enhanced. I didn’t expect the same leniency but I definitely did not expect to be taken advantage of. If you are looking for an evaluation you should find someone who bases evaluations off facts and doesn’t twist your words around to make it seem like there is something more wrong with you then meets the eye. Just like the review below mine, he tells you something completely different to your face at the end of evaluation. He told me that It didn’t seem necessary for me to need treatment, just to do the ADIS class and that he was aware that I knew I made a mistake and learned from it. When I went to court he told the PO opposite. I called him after finding this out and he said he had to give me something based on my BAC. So basically my evaluation didn’t matter anymore? I asked him if he was aware that my BAC was thrown out in court. He acted shocked and said he didn’t know, then said he would call my PO and drop outpatient treatment. Come to find out he lied AGAIN and did not relay that to my PO! How can a compulsive liar even be allowed to evaluate people? Not only have I spent a huge amount on a lawyer who proved how many mistakes the officer who pulled me over made (hence why I got a reduced charge to an inattentive driving), but now I have to pay much more for counseling that is NOT necessary and a waste of my hard earned money. Finally after getting to read my evaluation several weeks later he had the nerve to write in it “ I was deliberately trying to hide evidence of a problem”. In no way am I not trying to take responsibility for my actions but to be blamed for hiding a problem is the most inaccurate uneducated observation he could have made based on a stranger.

The staff is wonderful, they are considerate and very helpful. They assist clients quickly. Nobody waited more than 10 minutes. But I was told the best time to show up is first thing in the morning. The longer you wait to go, the more crowded it generally is.

Clean, excellent resources, and a staff second to none. Thank you guys for being my mountain in this storm we call life.

Mountain West Supportive Services is one big joke & they are so laughable. They disrespect their clients & does NOT care about their clients wellbeing. They don't value their clients either. I would give this no stars if I could. I don't recommend this Mental Health Agency to anyone with common sense. There are better Mental Health Agency out there
