I had to bring my son here and I was not happy to do so. But the young lady at the from Keyna was very polite she interacted so kindly with my son . My daughter wasn’t even being seen but she initiated conversations with her also. Very kind and professional young lady . The psychiatric provider though was way too quick with my sons appointment I felt it should have been longer but I guess it’s go straight to the point right!! Only leaving 5 stars cause how fantastic that front seat receptionist was !!

Had a great conversation with Kate!! She was so helpful, thoughtful, resourceful, and kind!! She took the time to really listen and offered information to help me with with my family crisis situation that I had not heard about before. This is an amazing organization that truly wants to help those in need and offers resources to give you or your loved ones the help they need to get better!!

My experience with this facility was nothing short of disappointing.

My Family's been getting help from OPA for years and thanks to them my husband and child are getting the help that they need. The staff are friendly. The facility is always clean and the atmosphere is comfortable and welcoming. Thanks to their well qualified doctors my family is happier and healthier. Thanks O P A for all of your help.

Love it. I’ve gone to Amanda twice now and you can tell she loves her job. She treated me so well, listens to my concerns, asks follow up questions. Her office is warm and welcoming and doesn’t have a clinical feel. I couldn’t recommend her enough!

They only want your money. They will prescribe you whatever you want if you pay them. And yes you have to pay them a lot. 250 for appointment plus 200 for your first psychological test. They drug test you!?!? So weird, never have I need drug tested in my life. Please don’t use this FAKE mental health establishment. It’s horrible and you will gain nothing

I have been amazed by our service at Bella Mental Health. Ms. Tina has been an excellent resource for our young son (and for me)! The office is always calm, clean and the front staff is extremely helpful and easy to work with. They have really been an answer to prayer for our family and I couldn’t be happier with their service!

I was going thru the lowest and hardest moments of my life. I called and asked for counseling to help what I’m going through. You have to wait 6 weeks for an appointment. I went through the hardest moments and pain during that time. When I finally received therapy with them, I thought there wasn’t much hope and help left to offer but I was wrong. It’s been very helpful in navigating my relationships and it’s challenged me to do better. It’s honestly really helped and I’m grateful for it.

I want to thank North Tampa Behavioral Health. The facility looks modern and clean and the staff was engaging, kind and nice people. This is the best mental health facility in the entire central western region of the state. As an American I get free top quality health insurance called Medicare A, B & D. The intake staff was very cheerful and engaging and attentive to the patients inside the secure facility. I got my new medicine for behavioral health and I couldn't be more happier with the results. My mood totally changed inside the facility from being completely sour to roaring with joy and comfort and remaining that way throughout my recent mental health journey. I'm usually very happy for about 90% of the time. I preoccupy myself with fun activities like bicycling and basketball but there are certain times that I fall into a hole of anxiety, depression and self doubt around 10% of the time overall but the new medication helps me to balance my mood and I physically feel better after taking my medication. If I ever have another mental health meltdown again I will go directly to this facility for proper healthcare and wellbeing updates. Don't be afraid to ask for help when it comes to mental health. Your mental health is important and you should evaluate yourself honestly and outwardly if ever or whenever you're in doubt ask for help before making a final decision that could end your life prematurely. I hope this helps someone who is in need of mental health. Speak outwardly about mental health don't be ashamed. Many people, millions of people remain undiagnosed in positions of grand stature and low stature. Seek help if you need it please. Try your best to look forward towards something new & uncomfortable. I’ve had a really positive experience with the Decision Points group. The program is well-structured, meaningful, and focused on real-life situations, which has helped me learn a lot and feel more confident in the choices I make. The environment is always supportive and respectful, and everyone is encouraged to share at their own pace. Alexia and Morgan are outstanding facilitators. They’re patient, understanding, and genuinely care about everyone in the group. They make the sessions feel safe and welcoming, explain things clearly, and encourage open, honest conversations without any judgment. Because of their guidance, I’ve gained new insight, personal growth, and a stronger sense of direction. Anyone looking to improve their decision making and build healthier habits this is the group to be in. I’m grateful for the experience and everything I’ve learned here. RDA!

The entire staff was extremely friendly, helpful, professional and knowledgeable. Dr. Davis was thorough yet to the point in assisting to find a new solution for my problems. Was able to get my son in quickly with both a psychiatrist to help manage his medications and a therapist he was able to connect with almost instantly. After a couple of visits with both doctors, we’re very happy with the experience thus far, and are looking forward to continuing to work with this office

When I tell you Dr. Pedro is a wonderful! I was so pleased to have her as my doctor. Today was my new patient appointment. Everyone from checking and to the registration to my doctor into the pharmacy, everyone was wonderful. I was very shocked to have had such a wonderful experience with everyone in the office. One thing that I can say that I did not like is my i Receptionist failed to notify me about a previous insurance that I had so I can get it taken care of. I did have to take care of that before I got seen. I just wanna say thank you for bring happiness to my day
