I think that some of the staff really cares that you get your needs met. But when they’re busy, understandably, they often can’t reach you in time and it is a little unorganized but overall the program has helped me better myself and the group setting is good because there are other people going through similar things as you and they are understanding.

Took 3 months in total to meet with psychiatrist. One month for the initial and then another 2 mnths. Then I had the coldest and most awful experience! The psych (Dr. MEANS) wouldn't fill my Zoloft unless I was planning to work with her, though she doesn't "believe" in zanex for panic attacks. I have a panic disorder? When I told her I needed another doc she refused to even give me my basic meds and said "you can go back to your prior doctor!".

I really love my therapist, she's great. I go to Kim Wayman, and she has helped me a lot. That being said, getting in contact with the office is awful. I called and left a message as a new client and I left messages at many offices. I only recieved a call back from them, no one else even called back. It's took two weeks to even get that call. Now I go regularly, and they do not call back but every so often unless you are a current client... And even then it can take up to a week to get an appointment, and there have been times I've had to drive there in person to talk to anyone at all. Their billing person seems nice, but very confused. I asked her when my insurance changed if that meant my co-pay each time would change. She told me no, it's be the same, so I came in for another session. Then it went up, tripled actually. I finally asked why I was told that it would be the same, and she told me she wouldn't know, I'd have to call my insurance.... Then she got angry. I'm the one going there for therapy, and she's angry. Like I said, my therapist is great, but as for the office, I'm not sure how they're even running.

Absolutely the worst experience in my life of all Doctors. The psychiatrist 's don't care when or if you get your refills and seem uneducated. PLEASE Read reviews. If I did I never would have came here in a million years. From the Psychiatrist to the Receptionist, they all lack empathy are 1000 percent INCOMPETENT in EVERY WAY.

I unfortunately had to admit a child into this center. The child admitted was 11 years old. They put a child experiencing depression in the same common area with major behavioral dysfunction. She called terrified each and was more traumatized than when she was admitted. After one full day of admission, I was told that the doctor and team was meeting and that I would hear something back. I kept calling to get some sort of clinical information on my daughter’s treatment. I signed a 72 hour discharge and everyone seemed to respond, especially after hearing I was a Social worker for NJ DCP&P. There was no treatment plan or any clinical explanation. It was a very frustrating situation. When I did speak to the social worker the day after the 72 hour was signed, she was very helpful and remorseful of the negligence. This is why I gave it one star. I would never send anyone I love or care for under the care of this facility. Thankfully we were able to initiate services in NJ that are better suited for her needs.

Therapists were helpful but never stayed long enough to get to know them well. Liked Psychiatrists except Dr . David was very cold. She also had the rudeness to ask if I was wearing a pony tail extension in my hair. She never said it was pretty or anything. Exceedingly Rude! Also changed my dosage on a benzo of 31 years without telling me. Figured it out when withdrawal hit.Also said my Ginger Tumeric Lemon tea was causing my increased mania, not the withdrawal. Made complaint with LS and a Formal Complaint with my Insurance Co. Also, she does not like Gentiles. I am German.

The staff here is amazing. I’ve been to all the clinics from Dover to Seaford and this is by far the best place I’ve ever been. The methadone is eight, the staff cares actually cares! They have hot food and coffee every morning in the community center side. They advocate for the unhhoused! They help with everything and anything you can imagine. Kristi goes above and beyond for me as a counselor and Jessica is an incredible person and does the same. If any staff member sees that I’m in need. I am offered help in some form or fashion. They check on me daily to make sure I’m alright. The iop leader ma Edith is kind and full of guidance. I could not recommend a maintenance clinic more than this one. They provide.

I was referred here by Sussex. I was in an emergency situation due to new regulations. I spent 2 hours doing an intake. I am told I will get a call shortly. 2 hours later I get a call saying my name was entered incorrectly into the system. I was told it shouldn’t take that long to fix. This garbage clinic did not fix my name in the system FOR ALMOST A WEEK. THEY NEVER CALLED TO CHECK ON ME KNOWING I LIVED ALONE. NOT ONCE DID THEY CALL WITH AN UPDATE. I HAD TO CALL EVERY SINGLE DAY. When my name was finally fixed the nurse I spoke with then proceeded to tell me more lies. Just like the clinic did while I waited for my name to be corrected. Not one person was honest. Not one person cared about me or my situation AT ALL. When I started mentioning filing a complaint and liability after I told them multiple times to leave me alone. They called crisis on me while I was at work. Please. If you need help. DO NOT COME HERE. It is just a group of people who has far as I can tell do not take their jobs seriously and have zero compassion for anyone at all. I was the only person in there the 2 hours I was there. And they still did not care enough to make sure my name was entered correctly. Then lied to me every time I called about how long it would take to get fixed. The case manager is a joke, I am not sure she has any experience or education whatsoever dealing with high risk patients or computer systems. Please please please. Do not go here. If your choices are here or death…I’m sure you’d find God more caring and compassionate and helpful than the apathetic, incompetent, and ignorant staff here.

Simple horrible and unprofessional. They need to fire all staff and get a new one. They have all men and woman sleeping in the same room on chairs that didn't recline or the floor. One of the nurses had the nerve after I told her how uncomfortable I felt sleeping in the room with these men as if I wanted a mat to sleep in the back on the floor. Facility is definitely not a safe place. Then another staff member says her I got you and tried to put for chairs together like it was any better. DEFINITELY A NO STA FOR ME!

I had fun talking to the 2 girls from the other desk at the window who made my experience here so much better we talked about an kdrama of squid game I wish I can come back to talk about more with them. I was going to give it an one star because I had to return a year later after my interaction with Grace when I first interacted with her last year, she talked to me as a therapist but having hard trouble hearing my statement and has attitudes with me still even this day. My sister and mother had her before and didn’t like her for other reasons. The 2 girls asked me about wanting a different person because I’m pretty sure they know about the controversy against Grace and that I didn’t like her. If the girls are reading this review I just want to say I had fun talking with you guys and you made my day so much better 🫰🏻

Meadowood is a terrible place to end up due to it being a pump and dump facility. However, I wanted to give a shout-out to how kind every staff member was who I interacted with. Their jobs are extremely difficult, but they still manage to stay friendly through it all. One staff member that was especially great was Miss Pam the 2nd shift receptionist. She was so kind and understanding when my brother was brought here after being missing for 18 hours.

Why in Heavens name would you have a call center handling patient cals??!!!. Not only did I have to call back "later" because the system was down and apparently they can't write down a message - when I did call back, it was clear the poor gal could not understand my request. I was on the line with her twenty minutes - and explained repeatedly that I did not need a call back. They just needed to call in the correct Rx, so I could get it today, as I'm going OOT. (The wrong one was called in yesterday). She still ended the call with "I'll have the nurse call you back" Really??!!

Hello, I recently had fillings done, but it seems like two of my teeth were filled without being properly separated. I’m having difficulty flossing between them, and it feels like the teeth are stuck together. Could you please take a look and see if this needs to be adjusted??????????

Some of the nurses are alright , But as a whole this clinic is an abomination. During my time at this location I have witnessed so much abuse and neglect , we're constantly looked at and judged like we're not human ( even if you have years of clean Tox screens and are always respectful ) , they don't believe a word you say EVEN WHEN YOU SHOW PROOF, and don't get me started on the "security" .. Are you handicapped ? Well I hope not ! Every day the handicapped parking spaces are taken by those capable of walking an extra 20 feet , does the security or nurses ever do anything ? Say anything ? Even look at them differently ? NOPE ! Why would they do something that would inconvenience themselves, that would just be too much like right..... And GOD FORBID someone actually stand up and say something to the nurses , ive seen countless people get ' punished ' or ' penalized ' for actually standing up and speaking the truth , but at this point I couldn't care less, I'm tired of the judgement , the way im looked at , the way they treat us and the hypocrisy as a whole.
