Find Mental Health Providers Across Delaware

My name is William, I have been dealing with addiction for close to 20 years. It has cost me many years of incarceration, relationships, family members, and most important time. I was referred to Pace August 8, 2018. During the four months of intensive outpatient therapy I can honestly and truly say that I have finally become the man that I always wanted to be. I am living life in a way I thought was never possible. The staff were absolutely wonderful to the attention of my needs, the sympathy and empathy that was shown by staff members during times of emotional distress was impressive. I don’t know much about others and how they feel about the Pace program, but I want to say that it has been the most influential and educational experience of my life and now that I have completed the program I must say that inside I am deeply saddened. I want to personally thank all staff members who have taken the time to help me get control of not only my addiction but the past issues of my life that I did not know how to deal with. Thank you so so much, from my fiancé and other family members that also want to thank Pace for the incredible change that I have made.

I can’t speak highly enough about my stay at Banyan. The entire staff from the nurses administration to all the remarkable techs to the people that prepare our food and the housekeeping everyone there is remarkable and Topnotch. They were kind enough to allow my service dog there and treated him with complete and utter respect as they did I. They paid close attention to your individual needs as well as the whole groups. If it wasn’t for them, I wouldn’t be where I am today and I can’t say thank you enough for all the people involved.

Well the only bad thing i can say is there's a posted hours of operation time of 5am start and know one gets her until 520 or later every morning. When I brought this to there attention I was told that's on time for here

Been with them for years and then discharged me because they couldn't find someone good to help me.

Friendly and efficient staff. Dr. Rupp listened to my concerns. asked me questions . explained options. He is very easy to speak with.

I have a had a great experience with this agency. My therapist is very understanding, supportive, and patient. She advocates for me. She listens to my needs. I feel welcomed and comfortable and relaxed when i go there. And Ms. Danielle always greets me with a smile.

It is impossible to get a hold of someone on the phone at the Newark office. The call goes straight to voicemail and then the voicemail is not followed up on by the office. I’ve had to call and leave repeated voicemails to try to get through to someone to get my prescription refills or set up an appointment. It creates a very stressful and poor experience for the patient. As someone who suffers from anxiety, the added stress of not getting support from the office just makes my condition worse. I will be looking into a new provider and am strongly considering filing a formal complaint.

I love my experience here very very friendly I love the doctor rosy. Her patient her love on any patient I can see so far. I like this clinic in this area

My doctor is amazing, but unfortunately this place is a money grab hiding behind authorizations and unfriendly customer service. I typically don’t do comments, but felt it was necessary since I’ve elected to begin therapy again and chose this place based on the recommendation of my care provider. It’s so unfortunate when trying to prioritize one’s mental health.

They take my insurance with only the copays billed which is very nice. The wait time for an appointment is very reasonable and they will try to accommodate you with any emergency. The staff is very friendly and bilingual. The best dental care I've ever received. All the staff are top notch people who are very caring, professional and listen to what your needs are.

I was really looking forward to getting started on the necessary overdue work on me. At the same time, I’ve been worried about not finding the right person to help me on my journey. Today was my first session and I could not have been more relieved. I left feeling much better than I did when we started and even more motivated to do the work with my therapist. The search was so much easier and stress free than I thought. Thank you Lawrence.

Staff is very friendly and helpful getting my life back on track. I am very impressed with the level of care they provide. Pleased with the facility and entire mental health team!

I wouldn’t recommend this place. They don’t pick up the phones EVER. It’s been about a year plus long process of trying to get my mental health records sent to another office. I NEED to be seen and pick restart my treatment. Dr. was seeing me and everything is going well. I go check the mail and to my surprise, I was let go as a patient because they said I missed an appointment,..this was not true.

I am not an addict but my health insurance referred me to couras. I was a patient from 2020, until this week. I was supposed to have an appointment on 1/22, for my usual med check but she never called. A message on her phone stated she had retired in October. Why wasn’t I notified before or even when this happened? In the past, I’ve had appointments that were canceled without notifying me beforehand. My mental health is not something I take lightly. Therefore, I’ve found a new psychiatrist employed by a different facility/company to take over my case. I really liked Miss N.C and I’m going to miss her. I wish her well in this new chapter of her life.
