Find Mental Health Providers Across Colorado

They now enforce a new policy, which is not required by law - in which you must have a whole new appointment with your provider, to transfer a prescription to another pharmacy, if your pharmacy doesn't have your medication in stock. They will force you to go through a week or more of debilitating withdrawals, to wait for another appointment, just to be able to talk to your doctor, to have your medication sent elsewhere. This is something I find to not only be absolutely absurd, but especially cruel to those on psychiatric medications. Withdrawals can make a person commit suicide, yet they treat it like it's just a minor inconvenience. This policy is NOT required by law, it's not always been this way, and now it feels like they're lying to my face about it and gas-lighting me about it. Getting my medication, that I need to even be functional, is now harder than ever before, endlessly frustrating, and entirely absurd. Getting through to them on the phone, is also incredibly difficult. I had to call over 15 times today, just to get through once. I would recommend looking for psychiatric treatment elsewhere, if you can.

So I go and ask for help to try and see my kids after two years and this is how I get treated . See attached message from Darcy Cole at Fusion health . I would never recommend this health clinic to anyone they have a big turn over rate for the councilors at this facility . Very un professional and super rude all they care about is money and not the patients needs.

I love Clarity Mental Health. Heather is nice and easy to work with. Megan Jordan is really great. She listens and suggests changes in medication that might work better. She has been right every time. It’s nice to use telehealth because normally you’re sitting in an office and talking anyway. It’s so much more convenient.

I showed up early to my appointment that was scheduled weeks before just to be told that the doctor wasn't actually there and they were rescheduling her appointments. Unless the doctor called out that day before I got there, this was incredibly unprofessional. I made it all the way there just to be rescheduled when they have both my number and my email address and could have informed me sooner. Luckily UC Health is right down the way! They got me in earlier than my rescheduled appointment and the front desk staff were much less miserable! The only reason I went to Northwest in the first place was because of the savings programs, which I'm not poor enough to qualify for anyway. From staff to service, highly disappointing.

I have been coming here for years along with my mom and we absolutely love Christine. She truly makes us feel seen and understood. Both my mom and I have had terrible experiences with other providers around Colorado Springs, but when we found Christine, everything changed. She listens to everything we share, never rushing us, and genuinely cares about our well-being. Christine creates a safe, supportive space where we feel comfortable opening up and her empathy and professionalism unmatched. We are so grateful to have found her and cannot recommend her enough!

Dr Bryan Cobb and Diandra Tavarez ( case manager ) were exceptional! They both worked diligently to help our family with my son who was facing obstacles. They have experience and are very thorough in their approach.Our family highly recommends both of these professionals!

This staff is amazing! Well attentive, caring, willing to actually listen to your needs and help you. I've never experienced a long wait time. Dr. Shawn Palmer is just great! It's wonderful to have a Health Care provider with so many people that really do care. I would definitely recommend.

Spent almost a year here, as long as you're determined and take it seriously, you'll definitely grow and gain lots of knowledge moving forward. All the staff was amazing. The setting feels safe. Just speak up on anything and everything and that will determine how your time here will go.

There are some great programs out there, but none quite like insight. If you are looking to be seen for who you are, and not just for your insurance, insight recovery is the place for you. Their client-centered mindset garuntees you won’t slip through the cracks and get lost in the grey. These people will fight for you. They’ll advocate for you. They’ll pick you up and give you the tools to fly. They’re still here for you even when they’re off the clock. I’ve seen them go to great lengths to support so many individuals recoveries. Also they make recovery fun! They give you new ways to think about yourself and the world. As clients, we all become one big family. At the start of your first day, you’ll enter the doors on your own. When you leave, you’ll be leaving as part of a community. Also they have good snacks and they feed you an awesome lunch.

Dr. T and his staff were phenomenal !! He was exactly what I was looking for. His attentiveness and humor made me feel comfortable and at ease. At the end of my session I felt at peace. Bonus…he was also extremely helpful in sorting out issues with my insurance. A million thank yous Dr. T.

This is from a while back now, but my neighbor encouraged me to post my experience. My understanding is that the therapists here are great, but my personal experience is that the office staff is not. At one point, a neighbor asked for a ride to/from this IDEA location. (I didn’t ask why, as doing so felt rude.) I was early picking her up, so I sat in my car in the parking lot to wait. A lady (who I assume was a member of office staff) came storming out after a little bit and bangs on my window HARD. When I rolled my window down, she asked if I was one of theirs, and I started to explain that I wasn’t but I was providing a ride to someone who was using their services. I didn’t get more than a couple words out before this woman just lost her mind and went on this angry rant about people using their parking lot. She threatened to call the police, she threatened to have me towed, she was red-faced and furious that I dared to park in their parking lot while waiting to give someone else a ride home from THEIR OWN office — my car still running! The parking lot was half empty, but still, if she had just asked me to move like a normal person, I would have absolutely said yes! After what felt like ages, but was probably only maybe a minute or so of her ranting, I just decided this was too much stupid drama to deal with. So I rolled up my window and put the car in reverse, and this woman starts banging on my window AGAIN?? I guess she was angry that I decided to leave instead of let her keep screaming at me?? Anyway, I left and parked at the liquor store at the end of the block instead, then texted my neighbor and let her know she would need to walk to me. I felt bad, but I told my neighbor that she would probably need to find a different ride from then on, because there was no way I was going anywhere near this place again.

APN has saved my life! World- class hospitality and great therapists and nursing staff. Charles, Tami, Michael, Brian, Major, and Lindsay were all part of my support team the entire time. I felt heard and they challenged me to confront the reasons why I felt the need to choose to drink in the first place. This place gave me the tools I need for a sustainable active recovery.

Super kind and caring people here. They do a lot of good for folks struggling with various life challenges.

Crown Crest Parker location …It seems likely that there is only one therapist and one psychiatry nurse practitioner, so you don’t get to choose your therapist or psychiatrist.

The therapy side has been going very well. We are very happy with her therapist, even though our first two left, which was a struggle. As far as the psychologist side, I am waiting to see, because our first was not a good fit and gave my daughter some labels that were potentially damaging to her mental health. I am looking forward to meeting with our new psychiatrist as I’ve heard great things
