Thresholds Center for Mental Wellbeing

Thresholds Center for Mental Wellbeing in Chicago's Ravenswood neighborhood provides outpatient mental health and substance use services for individuals and families on the North Side. As part of the Thresholds network, the Ravenswood center offers psychiatric services, individual therapy, group therapy, peer support, medication management, Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT), art therapy, crisis intervention, crisis stabilization, psychosocial rehabilitation, and relapse prevention.

Services are delivered through a person-centered model and address mental health conditions and substance use disorders. The center coordinates with community partners to support access to integrated care.
