Each of you has been a lifeline in my journey, and I am forever grateful.

I had to pivot to a new practitioner, and Infinity Mental Health proved to be a great choice! The building has ample parking, clean grounds, and a security patrol officer that idles around; this is very comforting when leaving from my appointments in the evening. The office space was clean and comfortable, and I received a warm greeting upon entering the office. Infinity Mental Health has proven to be a convenient option for those who need support.

I entered Serenity because of a court ordered offense and entered reluctantly not wanting to be there and thinking it was a waste of time. But from the 1st meeting I was greeted with warmth and a smile from the receptionist, the staff and the owner. Serenity was able to offer support, encouragement, education, resources, and even meals when hungry. Through the process and Serenity’s investment in my well being and growth the staff has become more like family. I highly recommend any individual that is struggling with addiction or in need of any sort of counseling and recovery to reach out to Serenity.

I came to Fields and Fields for service and was met with blatant disrespect from the owner, Ms. Fields. She immediately judged me because I was wearing all black, without even asking who I was or what I represented. What she didn’t realize was that I was wearing A1 Maestro Maven Peace DMV LLC, a Black-owned community organization that works to prevent neighborhood violence and save lives. When I explained this, she dismissed it and said, “I don’t care about that—Diddy has money and look where he is.” That comment was not only rude, but completely unprofessional and out of line. Instead of treating me with basic respect, she chose to belittle me and my organization’s work. Her attitude was judgmental, her words were offensive, and her customer service was terrible. If this is how the owner treats people who walk through the door, I would strongly warn others to look elsewhere.
