Noho Recovery

I’ve been to a few rehabs, and this was by far the best experience I’ve ever had. It was the first place where I didn’t feel the urge to leave right after detox. The staff made a huge difference—they were welcoming, supportive, and genuinely cared about my recovery. I truly felt like I was there to heal, not like I was being punished or confined. The program itself is excellent. The classes and therapy sessions are meaningful, and they take clients to AA and NA meetings around LA, which really helped me stay connected. They take you on outings on Saturday and Sunday my favorite was yoga and sound healing on the beach the session led by a practitioner certified in Bali. The food was also incredible—Diane and Chris are amazing chefs, and every meal felt thoughtful and nourishing. Overall, I left feeling happy, supported, and like I had finally found what I needed in my recovery journey. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone I loved and anyone in general looking for real healing.—

What really stands out is the balance between strong clinical structure and supportive housing. The program provides consistent, well-run groups alongside meaningful one-on-one support, so clients aren’t just going through the motions—they’re actually doing the work and progressing. The extended care model is a huge advantage, giving people the time and stability needed to build real momentum before stepping back into everyday life. The housing is clean, comfortable, and well-managed, creating a safe and structured environment that reinforces accountability without feeling restrictive. There’s a strong sense of community, and staff are present, engaged, and responsive. This is an ideal program for anyone stepping down from residential or needing more support than traditional outpatient. They do a great job bridging that gap and helping clients build a solid foundation for lasting recovery.

My experience at Ambience Recovery was absolutely incredible. Each and every staff member went out of their way to make me feel safe, supported, and comfortable. Special thanks to my case manager Lucky, my therapist Lauren, BHT staff (including Lupita, Chuck, Henry, and Dante), and Nursing staff (Nicole, Paul, and Eric) for taking care of my needs and keeping me company on the tough days. I leave this facility optimistic and full of hope for my sober journey that lies ahead. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone in need their time of need. Thank you all, again!
