Native American Connections – Patina Mountain Preserve is a 48-bed residential substance use treatment center located at 1431 E. Dunlap Ave. in Phoenix, Arizona. Nestled along the scenic Phoenix Mountain Preserve in the Sunnyslope area, this facility offers a curated and tranquil healing environment designed to support men and two-spirit individuals in recovery from addiction and co-occurring behavioral health disorders.
