CHD Outpatient Behavioral Health Services, located at 246 Park Street, Suite #3314 in Springfield, MA, provides accessible and compassionate mental health and substance use care to individuals and families across Western Massachusetts. This outpatient clinic is part of the Center for Human Development’s extensive behavioral health network and offers a full range of evidence-based services including individual therapy, group therapy, family counseling, psychiatric care, and medication-assisted treatment (MAT). Licensed clinicians and psychiatric providers work collaboratively to deliver trauma-informed care for a wide range of conditions, including depression, anxiety, PTSD, bipolar disorder, and substance use disorders.
