Centerstone – Dede Wallace Campus at 2400 White Avenue in Nashville, Tennessee is a community behavioral health clinic providing outpatient mental health and addiction recovery services for individuals and families of all ages. Services include individual therapy, group therapy, family therapy, school-based counseling, in-home counseling, psychiatric evaluation and treatment, medication management, Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT), mobile crisis response, telephone crisis line, case management, support groups, parenting classes, early childhood services, therapeutic foster care and adoption, and peer support.

Conditions addressed include anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), schizophrenia, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), autism, substance use disorders, intellectual disabilities, and co-occurring disorders.
