They saved my life. I could never repay them for the life I live now. Dr. Ferri and his staff (Jessica and so many others) have more compassion, empathy, and respect for those suffering than I’ve ever come across in my many attempts to get help. They are so kind and judgement free. He (and they) genuinely cared about the struggles I was facing and (although I had doubt at the time) they never steered me wrong. I’m sad I had to move out of state and can’t get that kind of care here but I will never forget what they did for me to get me where I am now. Thank you guys for saving someone that to others wasn’t worth saving anymore😭❤️

Went for my first appointment this morning.

Some reps from this place were in RTP, NC at the Shiloh Glenn Wal-Mart selling license plates, bracelets, and homemade candles. I bought a candle but it ended up burning incredibly bright, too hot, and resulting in the glass looking like this. Super dangerous fire hazard. Don't buy candles from these people. My wife is also coughing up black particulate matter from this.

This office was great! Friendly, warm staff, Knowledgeable doctor, calm environment. Short waiting times. Test results (urinary) within 10 minutes. And they treated my daughter like the unique and special little lady she is. Overall great experience! (And there is a treasure chest for kids to pick out a souvenir, a book, and a toothbrush!) Highly satisfied!

I have been a patient with them for a long time and I definitely recommend them if you ever need help. The owner is well educated in addiction and will treat you respectfully no matter what you are going through. They accept health insurance and are very caring and attentive! Thank you for being there all these years!

I cannot recommend Time Wellness enough. From the moment I walked in, I felt truly seen and supported. The staff is incredibly professional, but more importantly, they are compassionate and empathetic. They create a safe, welcoming environment that makes the hard work of healing feel possible. If you’re looking for a place that actually cares about your progress, this is it.

I checked myself in for alcoholism and opiate abuse. I was drinking so much I was falling and hurting myself and ruining my marriage and on a path to possibly loosing job and even land myself in jail. I was miserable and at rock bottom. Once there after the detox period i started attending group therapy sessions, individual therapy session’s sessions, and working with the techs to become involved in my recovery process. First 5 days i was detoxing and once that was over i got super involved in the program and day by day got better each day. I received excellent nursing and medical provider support. I had amazing group therapy sessions. I was fed delicious meals every day. I had a great case manager and had a primary therapist who was absolutely perfect. The staff was absolutely first class and my treatment started me on a successful path to recovery. This place literally changed my life. They took care of my every need physically, mentally, and emotionally. I highly recommend if you need help for addiction this is where you need to be.

If you have kids, DO NOT GO HERE if you're trying to get Suboxone, the therapist Emma called DCS on me before I even had all my paper work completed or came in for my first drug test. They will flip your life upside down before you're even established there! THE MAT PROGRAM IS NOT TO BE TRUSTED IF YOU HAVE KIDS! But guess what? My case was finally closed thankfully. So try again Emma.

Everyone I have interacted with in this group has been fantastic! Melissa Spears was my practitioner and has been very helpful both in person and through telehealth. Jan the receptionist has always been wonderful with anything i have questions about from billing to appointments. She is also very thorough in making sure requests are handled in a timely manner. I appreciate everything they have done for me!

I have some horrible experience i live outside here for pretty much a whole life the stuff done to me rude love actually hospital helped university of Tennessee some of family burial here name of family from another city in pavilions im not what medicine if i have hip replacement maxillofacial jaw surgery orchiectomy missing spine fracture paperwork i cant walk

I’ve been in this program since late December and can honestly say that it has been the most fulfilling experience I’ve ever had in my mental health journey. Having suffered pretty consistently with mental health issues from a very young age, I’ve had literal decades of experience with different programs and treatments. Triony employs group facilitators and therapists that bring the best out in the clients that come through. The sense of community and inclusion, as well as the level of care given by the staff is unmatched!

I loved my therapist and the food! Most of the staff were friendly. Some not so much. My main complaint was the group therapy classes. Each day we would rotate between the same couple of facilitators and half the time they didn’t even have anything planned and would ask us what we wanted to do or play games. The topics were always very surface level like setting boundaries, active listening, job interview tips. Stuff like that and this is 7 days a week from 9am-5:30pm while you’re there. Most of the time you just get a handout and read over it. Since I didn’t find the group therapy helpful and you only have 1 session a week with your personal therapist, I decided to leave after 18 days. Overall, if you just need to get away from life for a bit, I do recommend this place. I do wish they would do something to better the group therapy classes though.

this place changed my life. I wasn’t even aware that a place like this existed. This was my first time in residential treatment and I was so nervous because I do get nervous and social situations and going to a whole new state freaked me out too but the staff, nurses and therapists were so friendly and welcoming that it wasn’t long that I felt right at home.
