Since I recently moved back to my home state of Oregon. Lena, Heather and Ramatou have been a guiding light through my paperwork/prescriptions/scheduling and therapeutic adjustments. Lena today especially was awesome. She's a personable professional that truly wants to listen and relate to us, the public; then direct us to our best options and providers. Kudos&ManyThanks to everyone at the Pendleton Office. Your efforts to create a space and avenue for public health will not be forgotten by me. Thank you for being in my corner when I needed it most. 🕊️

They are terrible at listening for understanding. They listen to be right. Not the same thing. They have no problem calling DHS on incidents that have already been reported and closed. They will push themselves on you. Another one of our great resources in Klamath.

If you were actually serious about getting your mental health stabilized and under control, do not go here, they will make it worse they act like they care to stay in business because they depend on donations, but they really don’t read the reviews. Listen to their clients. Do not waste your time with these people. They need to be shut down.

Leaving town. In the worst way ever. Did not inform patients of impending closure leaving us without care. Found out via media. Shame on you. PLEASE TAKE DOWN YOUR WEBSITE NOW unless you plan to keep this place open somehow. Please do SOMETHING to help all of us current patients find alternate care. So far NOTHING.

I have a family member who was diagnosed a long time ago with Bipolar Disorder. She has been successfully on a medication for it. Her new Psychiatrist (after his first session) has decided she's not Bipolar, but only has Major Depression. She was treated for just Major Depression throughout my childhood unsuccessfully. I've met with him for a session with her and told him she has Sociopathic behavior when she gets manic and that other people are at risk if she goes off her medication. I told him I have PTSD from it. She told him she did not want to go off her medication and he cohersed her into agreeing in front of me. I have a head injury and a seizure disorder due to her behavior when she was unstable. I used to respect Deschutes County Mental Health for my own care years ago.

Where do I even start with this place.... Ive had several different "counselors" over the years, but there was really only one good one. I was on the ACT (Assertive community treatment) program from 2023-2025. The ACT supervisor, Leilani Faber, has on countless times violated mine and other peoples HIPAA, as well as told me that "i cant get enough attention", has limited the crisis phone time to 15 minutes per person, banned me from going out with my peers because i made her mad, and repeatedly made me feel like I was just being lazy because of my disability case pending; she would ask if im looking for work, id say no i need to do disability. And she would be like ok "currently not looking for work." And would make me feel small cosntantly and force other staff to alienate me when she felt i needed them. Other staff... one has an honesty problem, one doesnt show up to appointments, one shows up to appointments half an hour late..... overall i got so stressed i had chest pains.so glad to be where i am now and away from them.

In April of 2019, I was seeing Alanna. I was in a domestic violent relationship and desperate for help and she told "figure it out by yourself". I had to fight with the office to file a complaint and they got me a new counselor after waiting a month. They judged me for wanting a counselor with more life experience versus how long they had their degree. By the time, I got a new counselor....my bf at the sabotaged my housing and I had to move stuck in domestic violent relationship because their lack of action and help.

Frequently Asked Questions

How should I compare mental health providers in Oregon?
When comparing providers in Oregon, consider location relative to where you live or work, the specific services offered, levels of care available (such as outpatient, intensive outpatient, or inpatient), therapy approaches used, conditions treated, hours of operation, whether a website is available, accreditation status, and reviews when listed. Not all details are available for every provider, so it can help to check each facility listing directly.
What should I ask before contacting a provider in Oregon?
Before reaching out to a provider, it helps to know what you are looking for. Consider asking about current appointment availability, accepted insurance plans and self-pay or sliding-scale options, whether telehealth appointments are offered, which specific services are currently active, and whether the provider has experience treating your particular concern. Availability and services can change, so confirming details directly with the facility is recommended.
Are all services listed on Mental Health US available at every facility?
No. Services vary by facility and may change over time. The information shown in each listing reflects what was available when the record was created or last updated. Always confirm current service availability, hours, and intake procedures directly with the provider before visiting or calling.
Can I find both mental health and substance use treatment providers in Oregon?
Yes. Mental Health US includes Oregon providers that offer mental health services, substance use treatment, or both. You can use the available filters to narrow results by treatment needs, or review individual facility pages for more detailed information about the services and conditions each provider treats.
What if I cannot find the right provider in my city?
If you do not find a suitable provider in a specific city, try broadening your search by browsing all Oregon providers using the statewide view, or use the filter dropdowns to search by condition treated, therapy type, or level of care without entering a specific city. You can also browse nearby city pages to see providers in surrounding communities.
