Dont go here for anything. They do not care about the people they are supposed to help. Any funding given to this place would be better spent getting professionals out here or having the people here go to professionals in the bigger cities. Dont believe me? Check the obituaries in the paper as i will be there next thanks to 0 help from logan county health care.
This is genuinely the absolute worst mental health facility/outpatient care I have EVER received. The nurse Kimberly is incredibley rude, and then the psychiatrist is on a computer screen. I was supposed to have an appointment at 12:30 on 11-5-2024 and at 10:30 they called me and told me that the provider is no longer seeing people from my area, and that it would be 2-3 months before a new provider could see me. I see a therapist from a different company and she had diagnosed me with something, and the nurse here told me that they would not start me on meds for this diagnosis because I am not of age according to there guidelines. This is absolutely ridiculous, I have already been diagnosed with this and just need to be on meds to help with the symptoms. When I went in for my appointment, the nurse would not even take me back to a room, we sat in the waiting room while she was telling me that for me to get different meds I need to go to the hospital so I can be readmitted... When is being readmitted needed for a med change?? Mind you I have been admitted SEVERAL times, and have spent my fair share of time there. So back to the point, we were sitting in the waiting room, and Kimberly continued to talk to us in the waiting room, about my health records, with other patients in the waiting room. HUGE HIPPA violation. I asked her what I was supposed to do until they can get me in, because I am having issues with my medications, and again she told me I need to go to the hospital and be readmitted. After I said I have already been admitted before and they don't change your meds they keep you on the same ones, and that is anywhere from 5-10 days of being there and missing classes and my daily life... She then told me "My daughter has a cavity and the soonest the dentist can get her in is 2 months from now. And your just going to have to wait, because that's the soonest we can get you in. If you are saying you need a medication change so badly I can call EMS to take you to the hospital. As a healthcare provider myself I could never imagine speaking to a patient like that. Upon personal conversation with Kimberly, she is also a paramedic at a local fire department. This makes me wonder how she treats her patients. This was genuinely the worst experience I have ever had.

I’m giving this place a 1 star review, however my doctor Sara Bailey gets 5 stars! She is the only Dr that has helped me and actually shows she cares. I’m so sad to hear that Harbor will not be having her work there anymore. This is going to cause a negative impact on YOUR FACILITY. Not only will you guys be losing patients but most importantly you will be losing a doctor who truly cares about her patients and her job. I’m extremely disappointed with how harbor has handled things and I don’t recommend this place at all, but I do recommend her! She’s the best person that I’ve encountered. I will be following her to her next workplace. This place doesn’t stand a chance with out her. Thank you Dr. Sara Bailey for showing me compassion, kindness, and empathy when working with me. I’m so grateful to have found someone like you!! Your work doesn’t go unnoticed! Harbor good luck because you’re going to need it!
Horrible place to work. They don't care about over working their staff an then accuse them of ridiculous things. The site supervisors play favorites. I gave them a full year to win me over an I was very disappointed with how they run a business.. So I quit an I'm very happy where I'm at now

It will never matter how good your providers are if your front desk staff are actively driving away patients.
So I had 4 women case manager and 1 guy and they "helped" but it's not enough, medication is all I need and you need a yearly of one of their checkups and I hated being pulled aside to waste like an hour; also had only 1 shot per year after years of getting no where with my mental condition and that was a struggle of its own(transportation etc) .. if anyone has suggestions where to to get better treatment please let me know because idk how to say this but there is a thief that is the main person for this Cassandra which goes by Andrew Frank and I don't care to go here anymore!!
The worst place ever, don't go. I was told my concerns were unbelievable when I told them of concerns in my relationship. Then told to go somewhere else. But not directly. The place is awful.
Worst health care office I have ever worked with. They don't care about patients at all. Phone calls don't get retuned, and the staff is untrained and useless. Stay far away unless you want to be mistreated.
