In my time with her, we put in the work - TOGETHER. If you're looking for someone to give you advice, different ways of thinking, new perspectives, confidence, reassurance - ALL THE THINGS you need to survive...get with her. She. Changed. My. Life. I was there for a short time before moving states, but would recommend it to anyone. The care there is like nothing I experienced in other programs. The faculty is dedicated, the care is personalized, and, most importantly, I felt heard/seen + confident that I could heal and thrive with their help.

What thay not showing is how disgusting the dining room area is at night.. garbage left overnight food left out for the mices to run around and eat.

My daughter have almost a year coming here and I’m so glad she was able to found a person that can connect with her and help her to process so much. This organization provides numerous services and offer programs that engage participants in creative and productive ways. There are various sections ranging from education to recreation. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and attentive to the needs of the facility and all the people within.

I have been there ocer a year ehen i first started the man who ran it ROB (director) was AMAZING since his departure in April the place went from 10stars to NO STARTS most the staff turned over Rob made you feel welcome he got to know all thr clients personally witch was welcoming anf made you want to come now yhat he is gone the staff changed the staff that remained there was a few and some there once nice damraner is now bitter the NEW director never met or talk to dont even know there name the whole feeling of the place has changed and not gor the better what was once a feeling of belonging is now a feeling of indifference and almost like a plaxe where we felt like we belong and were cared about now is just there and we dont matter we used to be greeted warmly bu ROB NOW its a garud that greets us not a friendly warm smile or someone who genuinely cares. Overall groups are good but the ppl that are doing the right thing are good but the overall feeling of the place has changed.

I have been using this facility for over 4 years and I have nothing but positive things to say about it. Dan has been nothing but amazing and I have worked with several counselors there, all amazing as well. Suzanne, the nurse there, is also top notch, and always makes herself available when there are issues with medication and resolves problems super quickly. I highly recommend this facility as the staff is professional, kind and attentive.

Their respite cemter refuse to help me die to me having ptsd, they claim they cannot accomodate. Is soppose to help with mental heatl crisis and I was admited after trying to commit suicide yet "they cannog help me"

Ms. Selina LeBron did an excellent job presenting to our team. She was informative, engaging, and took the time to walk us through each part of the process thoroughly. This place known as VIP outpatient MMP program has done nothing but serve me for every possible need I could ask for. They understand the needs of me being a mom and having to travel all the way from queens to there program. I have more then once should have lost my pickup schedule due to careless unresponsibilities but didnt all because of my worker/supervisor fighting for me to accommodate my needs and that im very greatful for. I would recommend 👌 this program to anyone that is serious about recovery. There's so many great things I can say about this place but instead I will let there actions due the talking. So please come and give yourself a chance at recovery. This is more then just a methadone maintenance program this is home for me. Thank you VIP program and staff. Dr. Frank is truly one of the best doctors I’ve come across. He took the time to really sit down and talk with me, listen to my concerns, and make sure I fully understood everything. He explained things in a way that was clear, patient, and reassuring, which made me feel comfortable and cared for. I never felt rushed during the appointment, and his professionalism, compassion, and attention to detail really stood out. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients and wants the best for them.

I was at New Hope Manor in 2009 and if you had asked me back then I probably would have sounded like some of these reviews, lol. The truth is those mean nuns dedicated their entire life to helping us get sober, and helping us keep our kids and I am eternally grateful for the lessons I learned there. I’m still in touch with some of my new hope sisters and we all agree we would go back in a heart beat. Back then I felt cheated at the holidays, now I realize they taught us what the holidays were really about, I could go on and on. Great program, life saving, for real!

I am forever grateful to have found this incredible therapy center! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and supported by the warm and caring team. The environment is cozy and inviting, making it easy to feel comfortable and open up.

I have been a patient for close to 3 years. The counselors are amazing (Mines the best). They’re dedicated to what they do and helping people grow and work towards their goals. Everyone is wonderful from office staff to the counselors. They offer numerous groups such as Depression group, and several emotion regulation groups. I am grateful to the staff and counselors who have helped me. They’ve truly made a huge impact personally and in other areas of my life. A huge Ty to the entire staff.
