Ms. Maya and her staff really understand our position and want the best for us. They don't expect perfection, only progression, because they know that we are worth it. Sometimes we have to step out of who we are, to realize who we can really be. Icarus is here to help. If you let them. Trust the process and it'll bask you with tools, and coping mechanisms to sustain the urge to be a use to, and use again. I don't typically gives reviews but Icarus Behavioral House deserves some praise. The staff are incredibly compassionate and went above and beyond to support me. Carrie, in particular, is amazing. Desert hope has changed my life. The staff go above and beyond. Especially Ms. April & Ms Nisha. The case managers are AMAZING! 10/10 would recommend to anyone struggling to gain control back over their lives. You are never alone at desert hope!! & Maddie is absolutely amazing!! I found Serenity one weekend when I was in dire need of some help. By 8am on Monday morning, I received a call from such a nice and caring lady. She helped get me scheduled with Dr. Hahn immediately. I have been a patient of Dr. Hahn’s for six months now and the only regret I have is not finding him sooner! It has definitely been a life changing experience finding Serenity. I have seen plenty of Psychiatrists in the past and Dr. Hahn is by far, the best in Vegas. If you are looking for good mental health and caring professionals, Serenity is your place!

First time going there last week had trouble finding it as the website shows one address and the directions takes you to another inside an apartment complex. The real address is 3550 in Cheyenne Business Park. Had to call them to guide me. Before you go there, call to make sure how to get there.

these people are amazing. everyone there is super nice and caring. and they talk to you like you're a person and not just a paycheck or a burden. i really like all the services they offer for people who not only need therapy but deeper care.
