Moxy Up, located at 1616 U.S. Highway 395 North in Minden, Nevada, is a dynamic youth-focused behavioral health and life support center offering an inclusive, empowering space for middle and high school students. The organization specializes in providing drop-in services that combine educational, social, and emotional support, along with essential resources like school supplies, clothing, and toiletries—completely free of charge. Their Drop-in Center serves as a welcoming and safe environment where youth of all abilities can relax, connect with peers, complete homework, and access reliable Wi-Fi and healthy snacks.

Moxy Up’s clinical offerings include the Brainiacs program, a structured initiative designed to support neurodivergent youth—specifically those with autism, ADD/ADHD, and learning disabilities.
