I’ve been under the care of Michael Kuron for the past two years, and I can confidently recommend his services. Although his practice is located far from me, it has never been an issue thanks to the convenience of telehealth appointments after the initial visit. It’s clear he’s in high demand these days, which speaks to the quality of care he provides. He is professional, ethical, and genuinely focused on helping his patients get the treatment they need. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and reliable prescriber.

these people are amazing. everyone there is super nice and caring. and they talk to you like you're a person and not just a paycheck or a burden. i really like all the services they offer for people who not only need therapy but deeper care.

I was Battling being Homeless and being with No income and battling mental illness, Loneliness, I needed a Lawyer for a couple of things and I had no food, no phone and no transportation. Safety and being accepted concerns. Legacy helped me with ALL my needs!!! They are gay friendly and are not prejudice. They made sure I was taken care of. They also help the people recover from alcoholic or drug addict they help them. They gave me my confidence, self-esteem and self-worth again back. They believed in my success! If you feel like you have no future and feel the world is against you, check this place out to see if you qualify. It's worth it! Chris, Eric, Aaron, Osriana, Max, Rogelio, Sam, Jose, Shawna, Tony, Josh, and the doctors, just a few to name. All work very very hard and are knowledgeable helpful and attentive and caring and they make sure I had everything I needed for my success. The staff here is very warm and engaging and friendly. I love you all!!! And I thank you from the bottom of my heart for your help. 🥲🥲🥲🩷

They are so helpful and a true blessing. I was homeless and on the street when the volunteers came out to the field I was staying in and they helped me into a program for housing. I don’t know how I would’ve gotten through college without them. It was getting harder keeping up with school while also dealing with surviving everyday bs on the streets. THANK YOU HELP OF SOUTHERN NEVADA, and special thanks to Chris the man that helped make this happen!

Ok I'm glad to find a place to receive Spravato, which I highly recommend, but this place is crazy unprofessional!! Workers complaining about and reveling private information about previous patients. Getting you super high on Spravato then expecting you to find your way to the extremely inconvenient bathroom! Ridiculously horrible artwork, which shouldn't matter but if you've ever had Spravato you know what you look at can mess with your mind! No one should take mind altering drugs while staring at a dead-eyed cow!! YES to Spravato NO to Changing Minds!!

I can't say enough good things about Solutions of Change! The fact that they have African American therapists is a God sent. Not only is it so rare to find Black mental health practitioners but they are excellent and they take Medicaid. The staff is so friendly and professional as well. They're awesome 💖 What a blessing 🙏

I was a client at Nbh for more than a year. My addiction had me lost in the sauce. I decided to really give sobriety a try and started participating in group therapy and counseling there. It works. It really works if you want a change in life. All staff there are understanding and empathetic as well as caring. NBH definitely contributed to my sobriety. They shared many tools on how to deal with life and addiction. I tip my hat to them. I ain't perfect but I try and I'm happy with the life I'm now living. Much love NBH........

I was here from Tuesday night 2/18/25 to Sunday evening 2/23/25 and it was my second time. The first time was when I was 17 years old. I'm 20 now. I felt less alone when I realized just how many people were around me, which made me feel more comfortable. Other patients and I got to color and draw, get fresh air, listen to music, and call whoever on the telephones provided which really helped me cope. I also got my medication in the morning and nighttime. And that made a positive difference for me. I've been feeling way better overall, it's comforting to know that you truly aren't alone and I feel like I'm a better person. Plus I met some awesome people. ❤️ A life changing experience i will always remember.

This place is great ..they actually care about your health physically and mentally dr nallaperumal was great the lady dr was very nice to even the lady's in the front office were pleasant and the people in the waiting room were very nice good vibes all around .very different from the last pain management i was at .I highly recommend this place..it's not just a pain management place it's also like a mental health place they help with everything. and they show you they really care about your well being weather you are in pain or if you just got alot on your mind they actually care ..oh and physical therapy is just next door and that guy was very respectful and very nice and very helpful on a few things ...so I genuinely recommend this place ..

Highly Recommend Red Rock Psychological. I’ve been attending Red Rock Psychological for the past three years, and I can honestly say it has been a life-changing experience. The dedicated professionals there have helped me uncover and address my thinking errors, guiding me to recognize patterns that were holding me back. They didn’t just point out the issues—they gave me the tools to actively alter my behavior and become a more productive and empathetic person.

The staff especially KATRINA the one who answers INTAKE. has an attitude. My wife is there. And I have missed calls, which even a staff member told her while leaving me a voicemail to dial a specific number that I could call back any time. I called a week straight morning and night to leave a message to have her call back. And they can't confirm or deny that she's there. Which I understand even though i'm emergency contact. Katrina gave me nothing but attitude and blatant disregard for my concern, especially since there's an emergency it's involving our child. She hung up on me multiple times. I didn't speak to her in any tone. No disrespect I was very kind and understanding that it's a medical facility. If you can't handle someones loved one calling in to check in nightly. It's not like it was A10 minute phone call. Each one lasted less than a minute. TODAY, JANUARY 18TH AT 7 PM. I TALKED TO KATRINA FOR LESS THAN THIRTY SECONDS AND SHE HUNG UP ON ME. I WAS HONESTLY SHOCKED, SO I CALLED BACK AND ASLEDTHERE WAS SOMETHING WRONG OR DO THEY HAVE CERTAIN RULES ABOUT CALLING OUT OF THE FACILITY. COME TO FIND OUT, THEY ONLY GET TO CALL OUT TWICE A WEEK. SO THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN SOMETHING SHE MEANT SHE COULD HAVE MENTIONED THE FIRST TWO OR THREE TIMES I CALLED HER. INSTEAD SHE GETS A KICK OUT OF USING THEIR POLICY FOR privacy and confidentiality then hanging up.

Sunarch Academy has really been a great resource of support for my family and I. My teenage daughter has benefited from the program greatly after being there for three weeks. They accepted her in at 2am and have made sure she’s been safe and focused on her healing process. I am grateful for the staff members, they are very helpful and always have a positive demeanor. The Academy is very clean and safe and I feel comfort knowing my daughter is protected there during her stay. Communication between myself, my daughter and staff is always open. I’m so grateful my daughter is getting the help that she needs. She says that says her activities, schooling and food are pleasant and she enjoys the sports a lot. My family and I are grateful for her progress and I can tell she is as well.

This place was a joke. The front staff need to get it together. I drove two hours for my first initial in person appointment which is mandatory, and was on time. They didn't come out to get me until 45 minutes into my appointment. I had to message Dr. Johnson to let him know I was there because the front desk staff had been no where to be seen for thirty minutes. He came out and greeted me, he had no patient at the time since I was suppose to be his current patient. He then made me wait another fifteen minutes before bringing me back. They charged me $120 for a 15 minute appointment. They didn't have my insurance benefits ready to go over with me and said they charge everyone $120 and refund the difference once they get copay info back from insurance. I never got any refund. My second appointment was a telephone. Hoping it would be a better experience. I was sorely mistaken. They called me 20 minutes into my appointment to go over insurance and canceled my appointment when they wanted to collect $146 and I refused. We were already 30 minutes into my appointment at that time and paying $146 for a 30 minute appointment is theft. This place is a rip off. Get verification of your insurance benefits before you go here and don't settle for paying full price for a 15 minute appointment when it should be the full hour you booked. For those of us seeking serious help and guidance, this place is a joke and doesn't take it or you and your state of struggle seriously not to mention they take advantage of you financially when you're already vulnerable as it is. Do not go here. You don't need to stress of their operations or lack there of when you're already dealing with so much else. If you're serious about self help, please, for the love of God, go anywhere else. I like how they can respond to the review and not address the fact that they don't respect their patients time nor address charging full price for a quarter of the alloted scheduled time- which is clearly a recurrent issue. They charge the $120 for the first initial appointment without having your EOB available prior to your appointment for review and get a signature confirmation that they've relayed it to you and you agree upon billing services prior to appointment that it's something you can actually afford. How they bill and collect to their own account before they actually bill your insurance is incorrect and quite frankly wrong for someone that is familiar with insurance billing. Their response to the review and lack of sympathy for the headache and stress they have caused when I just wanted to seek help, proves what kind of place this is. After I left this review, their front desk women harassed me via email and text message because she didn't agree with what I said which is unprofessional and unsafe feeling. If you speak up on how you feel here, beware they will harass you. If they are serious about helping their patients and being successful, they need to start with replacing their front desk representative quick. Again, avoid at all costs. Nothing is worth this headache of a place or dealing with that woman that will harass you for how your experience turned out due to mostly her faults and her not being able to come to terms. Take what some of us have to say any try to improve yourself and how you treat incoming patients.

I love Cindy she is probably the most intelligent person there. What a wonderful human being the rest of the staff is equally pleasant and kind. Miss Gail is a rare person in the world of drug rehab she actually cares about you and what happens to you. Most clinics just want your money. I am so grateful to have been guided to her clinic.I have nothing but love for every one there.
