I am currently having a meaningful experience at Desert Hope Treatment Center. The staff here are professional, compassionate, and genuinely committed to helping people through recovery. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and supported rather than judged, which made a big difference in my willingness to open up and engage in the process. The program itself was structured and provided a good balance of therapy, education, and personal reflection. The counselors and medical team were knowledgeable and took the time to address individual needs, not just treat everyone the same. While no place is perfect, and there were occasional challenges with scheduling or communication, the overall environment was positive and focused on growth. I would recommend Desert Hope to any serious about making a change and putting in the work toward recovery. It’s a place that gives you the tools—you just have to be willing to use them.

I am so thankful for this place and the opportunity to meet so many wonderful people! Being in a treatment center away from family was difficult and I couldn’t have gotten through my stay without the staff. I want to say thank you to everyone, Armineh, Wakonda, the owners, and the techs, Darcy, Stephanie, Tiffany, Christian, and Sherie. Darcy thank you for being so kind and compassionate. Thank you Stephanie for being the best distraction and fun to hang out with. Sherie you are so sweet and genuine, thank you for the late nights. Christian you are awesome, thank you for letting me talk your ear off and giving me advice. Thank you Chef Z for letting me hang out in the kitchen with you and talk about life while you cooked; you are one of the coolest people I’ve ever met. And all the amazing nurses Amira, Karen, Tracy, and Nancy for making me laugh so hard at times I didn’t want leave the nurse’s office. Amira you are so passionate about what you do and it makes me excited to be a future nurse too. Tracy, I could sit all night with you and have the best time. And Nancy, I loved hearing about your family and I can’t wait to read your audiobook recommendations. And a special thank you to Hayley, who called and convinced me to finally come after I was having second thoughts. I’m glad I got to see you and meet your beautiful baby. I wish I could take all of you guys home with me, you make the world a better place! I will be forever grateful that I met all of you. Dr. Kolade has been amazing. He has been nothing but kind, personable, and makes me feel at ease. You have the option of in office or zoom calls which has been amazing since I live so far away. His office staff are always friendly and welcoming. They are easy to reach and getting scheduled is a breeze. They've been wonderful.

I have been working with Dr. Ofelia for about a year now. Working with her and this clinic has been a blessing in so many ways. I’ve been through several providers throughout my life and nobody compares to Dr. Ofelia. She’s the best!!! She listens, she care’s, she’s understanding and she wants what’s best for me. My life has been turned around in so many ways. Thank you team!

extremely professional. He has treated my daughters illness for quite a few years now. He is the first and only psych doctor to make a real difference in her life. She is now beginning biofeedback which has also given her great results already. Her temperament and stress factor has greatly decrease due to biofeedback being initiated. Dr Nguyen is a very talented doctor in his field. I would highly recommend his service to anyone in need.

Renewing Life and our therapist Jennifer have been game changers for our family! She has given us sound counsel during our toughest stages in life and we are much stronger, and more secure. This place is amazing. Don’t be scared just go if you can. It truly changed my life and helped me overcome alcoholism. Dominik is amazing and all the staff is truly caring and wonderful. Be sure you speak up for yourself and advocate. If you feel something is wrong. Talk to the nurse and insist that you talk to the doctors, I have been sober for over 30 days truly, I can’t say enough good things about this place private rooms good food good therapist you get your phone you get to smoke and vape you get to watch TV and movies you get to do laundry while getting better. Everyone is caring and loving, and when I attended this program when I got out, I truly did change my life, I say how thankful I am sincerely, Michelle

Vogue saved my life! The staff was amazing. The facility was TEN STARS! My case manager Lin was awesome! Tech Jim was amazing too! Nursing & kitchen staff were very helpful. The facility was very very clean. I would recommend Vogue to anybody who needs rehab. From the moment I walked in, I felt safe & loved. When I left, I left with a new family that I know will be with me for the rest of my life.

I searched around for a great doctor for my son, we've already had some not so favorable experiences. I found Telemind and the interactions so far has been very smooth. They are friendly, informative and very accommodating. I found Mariana to be exceptionally helpful and Im super grateful that my son is in good hands. Lionheart provided exceptional guidance when I was seeking help for my cousin. Although they didn’t have an available bed at the time, they took the time to recommend other facilities and even follow up to ensure my cousin received the treatment he needed. Their customer service is truly outstanding, and I can only wish that this was the place my cousin could have gone to. I’m confident he would have loved it. Thank you for all your help!

I don't typically gives reviews but Icarus Behavioral House deserves some praise. The staff are incredibly compassionate and went above and beyond to support me. Carrie, in particular, is amazing. Desert hope has changed my life. The staff go above and beyond. Especially Ms. April & Ms Nisha. The case managers are AMAZING! 10/10 would recommend to anyone struggling to gain control back over their lives. You are never alone at desert hope!! & Maddie is absolutely amazing!! She brightens my day every time she does group!! She definitely deserves a raise ASAP.
