This place with look at you as the problem, not listen to anything you have to honestly say, deny you the treatment you truly need, even if they have your records, and are more than judgemental, and completely take no one serious, I wouldn't take a sick dog to this place. Nor will I advise it to anyone, this is why honestly so many people do what they do . I gave this doctor a serious second chance as today I walked right out and told them all to go well I'll keep it as nice as I can so tho I put a 1 star I wouldn't honestly of gave that

If you're looking for completely confidential and extraordinary care choose Cox North's Center for Addictions. You'll be glad you did and you might just save your life or someone else's.

I had an apt with A Kayla Schafer this was by far the worst experience I’ve had with Swope. I’ve been coming here on and off since I was 18 and I’m 34. She not only treated me like I was just a number but didn’t adhere to my medical needs. She was dismissive she judged me and walked out without asking if I had any questions or concerns. She wasn’t friendly she almost blamed me for what I was being seen for. The triage nurse was so helpful and understanding. She wasn’t friendly in disbelief when I told her what had transpired during my appointment. I ended up filing a complaint in writing and through the complaint line. I would not recommend Kayla of you are visiting the Women’s clink at this location. Just because majority of their clients are working class and under doesnt mean we don’t deserve top tier customer service when dealing with our bodies and health. I am currently waiting for them to review my complaint and see how they handle it from here. Worst experience ever.

My name is Angelle , and I was a client at turn around ranch 2024-2025. I have been in and out of residential’s through the majority of my childhood. I have gotten to learn so many skills from this program for me to be able to regulate my emotions when I am having a hard time. I felt comfortable enough around the people who were there to support me and listen to what I had to say with out me trying to ruin that relationship that I built with those few care takers because I felt like I couldn’t put that trust into them. I am typing this paragraph because I feel like the people in the turnaround ranch deserve a little credit for helping me, and very few others. Most people don’t make it very far into their treatment because they think the don’t have anything that the need to fix in their lives. My therapist told me that everything happens for a Moment, a Season and a Life Time. That was the most mindful thing someone has ever said to me, it has stuck with me and always will stick with me. I want to say thank you to the therapist Teresa, Linda, and and the staff Ms Angie. You guys have made a huge difference in my life with my parents and within myself.

The doctors and nursing staff at the Saint Charles compass health location were so amazing! I honestly could not have asked for a better team to take care of my son for his dental procedure. They were kind, respectful and professional at all times. Definitely made me feel at ease about the situation! Thank you!!

Would give 0 stars if I could. I tried to kill myself and was referred to them for therapy. I got given a drug counselor instead of a therapist because I tested positive for MARIJUANA in my system. My “drug counselor” showed up with 5 minutes remaining in our 3rd appointment and I never got the option to reschedule or schedule a new appointment. If you genuinely don’t want to kill your self I would recommend seeking therapy somewhere else. I never once received the services I needed.

My daughter’s pediatrician was excellent! Very informative and interested in what my daughters had to say so I appreciate that..but the phlebotomist down in the basement was so rude so thats why Im giving 2 stars. She did not speak to us but had chicken in her hand eating and even after I spoke the first time she completely ignored me but proceeded to hold her hand out as if I knew what she wanted so I spoke again and she say Hi…. she was also very rude in the back with my daughters to the point I don’t want to bring them back.I feel that no matter what professionalism and some type of respect for patients need to be implied here, that was beyond ridiculous especially to me because I have worked in the medical field for over ten years and I could never treat patients like that or I wouldn’t have a job.

Jan Altiser prescribes anyone medication without being seen by her. She is a wreck less careless “doctor”. She will medicate anyone! Sad world we live in now

I have been coming here for four years, and every single month, they are unable to send refills for my medication on time. Every month, I withdraw from my medication and spend 2-3 days in bed and am unable to work. Literally, the only way to get them to send my medication on time is to physically go to the location and ask to speak to the head nurse. The psychiatrists are very nice and understanding, though, and that's why I am staying.

Don't want to do the work.. they want to send people to the ER instead of helping them. They didn't just send my son there within less than 10 minutes of being there they sent him to a hospital that didn't do medical detox for opiates. Not only a waste of time going down there, but they also give people false hope and send them to an emergency room that isn't equipped to handle them... and this place.. rediscover specializes in behavior and drug issues. Don't waste your time cause they DGAF what happens to you as long as they don't have to provide the services. Disgusting.

I am absolutely infuriated with the sheer incompetence of this office. My SO needs her medication through this horrid place and they continue to reschedule her appointments without telling her therefore resulting in her not getting her meds. This is causing a horrible effect on her mental health and is ruining any progress she had ever made. She drives a long way to get there and even showed up one time and told her "welp your therapist is not here, we rescheduled you". This most recent time, they rescheduled her TWICE WITHOUT TELLING HER. I am amazed this place is even in existence due to the absolute lack of care they offer. My SO is just trying to do her best without her medication now and she cannot get them because of this office. It is extremely difficult to try and live normal when you don't get treated for your problems and this office is effecting my SO life negatively because they can't do their job. I'd give this place a zero if I could. If you're going to reschedule a patient, CALL THEM AND TELL THEM, AND GET THEM THEIR MEDS AT THE LEAST. This office needs to be shut down. Do better.

Just went in for my first initial visit today. All of the staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and very empathetic. The front desk ladies were so nice and awesome to chat with. Dominic, the man who did my evaluation questionnaire, was incredibly kind, empathetic, so thoughtful, and so helpful. There were times during the evaluation where I was very tearful and upset about my situation, and he was an amazing listener and gave great support. I had an awesome first visit, and I hope that the rest of my visits go the same way. :) Thank you to everyone who helped me today because I desperately need it 🙏❤️

I recently went here for mental health reasons and it was the best experience I have had at an inpatient so far. Dakota and Theo are some of the best people I have ever met and really helped me on some of the worst days of my life. The place is clean, the food is good, the staff is fun, and the staff do a really good job making sure you are comfortable. Andrew and Doctor Airheart did an awesome job making sure that my treatment was what I needed, and that I could be safe and resume life once I left the hospital. Patience is an amazing worker as well and really connects with and helps the patients feels wanted and cared about. My parents were able to visit me daily, and I had many hours throughout the day that I could call them. This place is truly phenomenal, and while there are a few people there that could do better at their jobs, the ones that put in effort are care about their patience make this place truly amazing.

My wife ended up having to go to the ER for a sore throat, and had her test results sent to HCC in Waverly. It has been nearly three weeks, my wife still has a sore throat and no one was able to get her a prescription, or tell her the source of the problem because their doctors are on vacation. The receptionist, Heather, is absolutely rude, and very unprofessional. And when my wife questioned about HCC’s protocols, she came off as snarky and very uncaring. Do not go to this place if you value your health, because they will allow you to remain sick because they don’t know how to manage paperwork, nor do they actually care about their patients apparently. My wife ended up having to go back to the ER for this non emergency ailment, and is finally getting the proper medicine for it. No thanks to HCC.
