Practitioners in the SUD program failed to discern that my husband's alcoholism was secondary to an untreated mood disorder. Once he started treatment, he started wearing all-black, began cycling between explosive anger and sleeping a lot, he's been sleeping on the floor apart from me for months (most bizarrely), and he now casually tells me he hates me besides a breakdown in communication over basic topics. I was on crutches when my husband's behavior radically changed. There is zero family systems theory used during treatment. Alluma turned my husband into an angry, dry drunk without teaching coping skills to function or heal the family together.
