EOSIS Northern Plains is a premier residential treatment center in East Grand Forks, Minnesota, offering comprehensive care for individuals facing addiction and co-occurring mental health disorders. This 85-bed facility provides gender-inclusive programming in a serene, rural setting, allowing clients to focus on healing away from the distractions of urban life. Licensed as a dual-diagnosis facility, EOSIS Northern Plains specializes in addressing both substance use disorders and mental health challenges through integrated, evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), EMDR, Motivational Interviewing, and Twelve Step Facilitation.

The treatment program is enriched with psychoeducation, individual and group counseling, and multicultural healing practices. Unique components include Native American programming, such as Smudging and the Red Road to Wellbriety, based on the Teachings of the Medicine Wheel and the Four Laws of Change. Clients participate in a variety of therapeutic groups covering topics like recovery maintenance, grief and loss, addiction education, life skills, and self-discovery.
