At first they seemed very nice but I would call back trying to get information, the person I needed to speak to would be on another line and they would tell me they would leave a message. I would never receive a call back. Ever, I had to keep bugging them. Then I was waiting to get into treatment facility, I called the treatment facility to get some info and they'd never even heard of me. It just seems like my life is on hold and nobody really cares or wants to do their job or give me a real answer. Everytime I've left a message it gets ignored, I'm not sure what's really going on. Frustrating
