I was a new patient to the Cass family clinic in Cassopolis the doctor i went with as my physician because my mother was comfortable with This specific Dr, I probably saw the Dr 3 times before I knew not to see her again, I shouldn't feel like I'm judged by my physician l like I was when I first started trying to get my physical and mental health taken care of through your clinic I thought it would be great because the pharmacy, Dental & Dr office are in the same building. Nope I'm not comfortable being a patient with your facility, the clinic needs to do better for their clients not be judgmental about the personal stuff that occurs and prevents my care of getting proper treatment. I felt mistreated by my chosen doctor because she asked me why I was unable to get the proper treatment for a year after the injury occurred I had no choice but explain why I waited so long, the lady instantly said that she was not going to try and to help me get through the constant ache because she doesn't want to be the reason I start back down the wrong path. Like seriously how unprofessional can you be to someone. I was legitimately being honest so I could have the right treatment for what Ive been having complications with. I can only lift my arm up for so long before it aches and pinches then feels like I've over worked my arm and shoulder. I can't comfortably lay on my right side, lift my arm up higher than my head nor lift heavy stuff. My opinion is I have a shoulder Type II A/C separation and that's based from my initial X-ray and unfortunately it's gone untreated since my initial visit to the ER 3 years ago. Yes I had 2 years to get it treated but honestly I'm terrified of possible surgery on my shoulder. I'm constantly reminded my ex had done that injury to me because one of your physicians chose to treat me like another criminal off the streets I've suffered even longer with ongoing pain and a lot of swelling from the separation being used daily to get by in my daily life. I'm certain Management has an inkling as to what physician was highly unprofessional about my visit to get seen after moving day a dresser was too much for me to assist with and something cracked in the area my injury is located instantly before I knew it I was hurt and in tears. Probably during the interviews of taking physicians on you should test thier bedside manners and people skills with all types of people and weeding out the ones that are stereotyping your patients
