I’ve been talking to therapists and psychiatrists since I was 6 years old…I am now 34 and this was the WORST experience I’ve ever had with doctors, my psychiatrist Dr. Riley in specific(request NOT to get him), I told him I was on 4 medications before and they all worked for me and he only put me on 2 of 4 because apparently he knows more about what works for me than I know myself…but to top it off, I had a phone appointment with him(which he begged to do phone instead of in person), then doesn’t make a follow up appointment with me because he told me he was gonna call me by the end of that week about my meds. I did NOT hear from him by the end of the week and didn’t get a call back until the next week and he still didn’t book a follow up appointment. My meds ran out, the pharmacy sent a request for a refill and somehow it got denied so when I called and asked when I’m supposed to see him again, I get told “oh you were supposed to book another appointment with the front desk”…I said”the appointment was over the phone, there IS NO FRONT DESK”. Just the fact he “forgot” to schedule another appointment for me shows clearly he is NOT trying to help anyone, he simply puffs out his chest with his degree and gets his fat paycheck and that’s all he cares for. When I told them I’d like to request to see a new doctor, they told me that I either need to continue to see Dr. Riley or go somewhere else. So now, after only 2 appointments, I am without a doctor and without medication AGAIN. Thanks a lot Keypoint for a whole lot of nothing. These doctors have no care in the world about helping their patients, I’ve never seen that level of not caring in the medical world in my whole 34 years. DO NOT GO HERE

I just want to say how much of a positive experience I had with Free Baltimore, especially with my provider, Ms. Logan. She is always professional, timely, and truly dedicated to supporting my mental health. Every session feels productive, and she creates a safe, understanding space where I feel heard and supported. Ms. Logan takes the time to listen, offers skills I can use in my daily life, and helps me stay focused on my goals. Her consistency and compassion make a real difference, and I’ve noticed meaningful improvements in my life since working with her. I highly recommend Free Baltimore and Ms. Logan to anyone seeking supportive, reliable, and mental health services. Thank you so much Ms. Logan for everything. The management at Levindale has replaced the Hippocratic Oath with, “Bleed em’ dry n’ let em’ die.” I adore my physician. They had some great therapists. I had a few good nurses and techs. The management was evil and covered for some nasty techs. Now they want to shaft me out of money. I have a gluten-free, lactose free diet. It was a very hard to get them to be diet compliant with the meals. I had to police every tray. These people just didn’t care. Therapy left specific instructions on how I was to toilet. One text said, “That’s too much work. If therapy wants that they do themselves.“ The tech was completely insensitive to my injuries and how they impacted toileting. I am lactose intolerant. They ran out of Lactaid. Because they are kosher and it was a Saturday. I could not eat for 15 hours. These people don’t care. They could be callous. I was receive a drug called Zosyn. I was to receive 34 hour infusion a day. That is a pain. The director of nurses Shirell about that. she said, “if you needed that you should’ve stayed at Sinai.” They gave me shorter infusions. I had a serious drop and a type of White blood cells called neutropenes. what that meant was that I was immune compromised. Staff were to wear masks when they came into my room. One person wore what looked like PPE. A tech Sandra was helping me toilet. Sandra took off her mask got within 8 inches of my face and verbally abused me. Not only was I uncomfortable. I was frightened. They would not give me Sandra‘s last name so that I could report her to the board of nursing. Previously , the director of nurses Shirell came into my room and yelled at me. I felt hurt. I felt uncomfortable. that woman is evil. I was discharged. Levindale‘s duty to provide case management for services received while they are survives my discharge. levindale would not assist with IRO reviewer Pierre review. they would not provide a letter of medical necessity. They are obligated to do that. My surgeon had to do their job. The IRO club never had to have received said letter in time which is patently false. They are in breach of their duty to provide case management. I am not satisfied with their services. I hold that no reasonable patient could be satisfied with their services. Pursuant to HIPAA you may defend yourselves

I have been a client here for 7 months, therapy, prp, tcm and med management. An overall disappointment on all fronts. My therapist at least listens actively, but is unqualified to help with my actual condition. I can only conclude that the rest of the staff I’ve encountered just does not care. The offices rarely answer the phones in lieu of replying to voicemails. It seems like the business was born of well meaning ideas, but they do not translate in action. Quentin Myers is likely the worst mental health professional I have ever encountered in my life.

If i could give Zero stars, I would. I have been coming to this doctors and dentist office since I was a child. Now that i'm an adult, I can now see the true colors of Parkwest Non Health System. I had a very bad experience with a woman in the GYN department. She was very rude and dismissive. Jovita I liked her, But i don't feel heard or seen from those nurses in there. I will be letting go this year of Parkwest and finding a new doctor. This place is disgusting.

Do not come to this place unless its somehow your last resort. The downstairs where they hold groups and stuff is honestly nice. They keep that up to date, I guess for show and stuff. However, the upstairs where people sleep and bathe are disgusting. There were layers of filth on the floors and bathroom showers. The beds were nasty, small, and old. They expect you to take all your clothes to be properly washed, which was fine, but they give you scrubs that were so worn and stained it was disgusting. In the room I was in the framework of the place was cracked and practically falling apart. I, myself, have fallen on hard times but when I asked for a towel and they gave me a cloth bath mat that you'd usually receive in a hotel for a towel, that was the last straw for me. I couldn't stay in a place where they clearly have no regard for treating a human down on their luck with the respect to even give them a normal towel to shower with. And when I brought this up to the "doctor" she laughed acting like I was being unreasonable about how this place was. Honestly, I have no idea how they're in teams with mental health places when living in that place would be bad for your mental health. The only reason I say to go there is if you have literally nowhere else to go. And trust me, they'll make sure you know when you're signing yourself out you have nowhere else to go to the point of where you might end up staying in that dingy nasty place with people who clearly think you're below them. It's honestly so sad they can spend so much on making certain parts, like downstairs, look nice but let everything else be so poorly kept.

I would stay away from this place because of the person that works there name, Mathew. He is always on a power trip and acts like he is better than you. He will force you to do things regardless of how sick or disabled you are. You are not allowed any devices at all, such as phones and tablets. They don't take you to any stores to buy your food or your hygiene supplies. Good luck and God bless.

I tried the program and at first I thought that I had a great reception with their intake coordinator Miss Tammy Roberts she was in charge of my case and after actually getting there I found out they do not provide in-house child care for my toddler I was asked to enroll him in a preschool and ask the other women with children to watch my son for 3 hours while I did an intake 4 a new methadone treatment program they have only two staff members that actually watch the infants in their in-house daycare and my understanding was that one staff member at a time actually watches them and I was informed that my son was too much to handle for her the day I was to get the intake. The staff is not respectful or kind. I never met the director and the staff I encountered was unprofessional when it came down to deciding to stay or go only the other women in the program made me feel welcome. The worst of the staff was a woman named miss. Bridget who kept whispering with another co-worker every time I passed them hauling all of my belongings downstairs. I passed my intake counselor who didn't have any interest in speaking to me when I had questions about who would watch my son and the day care problem and was told that she said I can stay or go it's my choice and didn't try to actually help or give me any resolution to the issue at hand. I left with my belongings and walked past her and she didn't say a word when I went out of my way to tell her how caring she was when doing the intake. I regret not communicating more with her about the details of what my issues with the childcare were and found her to be the opposite of helpful or kind.
