I had to visit a second time and my views changed quickly. Do not go here if you expect to get some actual help with your mental health. They just want to give you a pill to shut you up. It was an awful, awful experience. I kept voicing how badly I needed to talk to a therapist or a counselor and their response was. We do not do that here. I was desperate to talk to somebody that could help me. But nobody would talk to me. Gretchen, the doctor there just wants to give you a pill. She does not give a crap. She is just trying to get through as many patients as possible and just because I voiced that I would like to leave and go somewhere to get actual help with my mental health. She put me on a hold. How does that even make sense? Then they proceeded to move me to an ICU unit where patients were seeing things, talking to themselves ect... i have none of those issues. She is a terrible doctor. Doctor ashay is the only good thing about that place and was the one who got me out of icu and agreed I shouldn't have been there. It is very hard to sleep here the noise is constant. Definitely, don't bring a loved one here. If they are struggling with their mental health, get them somewhere safe where they can actually talk to somebody.

I have taken my children twice here based on clear facts I have from what my children have said and also what multiple witnesses have said not only in court but as well as outside of court. The first time I brought them here, their "interview" was not even 5 minutes BTW. The second time, they said there was signs of sa from their interview and did not do anything. This is now the third time my children have gone as a court order and this place is withholding the report from the evaluation which is evidence in my court case and considered contempt of court. Don't ever go here on your own terms. If the court orders it, ask the judge to order it somewhere completely different. The courts dont even do anything with clear evidence and let the party thats doing the abuse take them. 0 out of 5 stars if I could. The judicial system and this place are corrupt. Please listen to me. Do not take your kids here.

One they didn’t do anything to help you. All they did was do legit groups meetings in the am and the rest of the day you were watching tv or hanging with other patients. Also staff was super rude especially the case workers and also they held me 3 extra days when I was supposed to be let go after 72 hours. All the patients basically agreed we were just watching tv 99% of the time and the classes were just nothing to help anybody. It feels like a scam. Also your staff is super rude when I call and I’m not paying for something that didn’t even help and how rude your staff was.

They are sending me unexplained bills, trying to charge me interest on payments that they are demanding without explanation, and avoiding all contact for multiple months now.

My son, who is severely mentally ill, was referred to Claravida by State Hospital South after a three-month inpatient stay. He was scheduled for an initial appointment with case manager Sharon. Claravida had already received his medical records, which clearly outlined his diagnosis and the fact that he requires a specific antipsychotic that he metabolizes quickly and therefore must receive as a monthly injection. This was also communicated again over the phone when the appointment was scheduled. Despite having his records and knowing he urgently needed this medication, Claravida informed us they would not administer the injection at his initial visit and was told to go elsewhere for the medication for the month. On the morning of the initial visit, my son—due to the nature of his illness—went missing briefly, which would have made him about ten minutes late. I called to notify Claravida, but Sharon refused to speak with me and refused to see my son. They also claimed his intake paperwork was incomplete, even though everything had been filled out and signed except for one box that could not be checked until he had spoken with Claravida about their policies and procedures. Because of that single unchecked box, their system would not finalize the forms. When I asked for a supervisor to call me back, I received a call from someone else—not with help or solutions—but with a referral to move to a different medication management company entirely. This experience was incredibly stressful and disappointing. My son desperately needed continuity of care, and instead we were met with rigidity, lack of compassion, and a refusal to timely provide the very services he was referred to receive. I cannot in good conscience recommend Claravida to anyone seeking reliable mental health medication management.
