I started seeing Chris in October and he has been absolutely amazing. He is extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing help in the areas he specializes in!!

I had such a great experience thanks to Nathalia. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm and genuine smile that instantly made me feel comfortable. Her customer service was outstanding. She took her time to listen, answered all of my questions with patience, and made sure I fully understood everything before moving forward. What really stood out was how personable and kind she was throughout the entire interaction. She did not make me feel rushed or overlooked at any point. It is clear that she truly cares about the people she helps. She made the whole experience smooth and stress free, and I would gladly return because of her positive attitude .

I am always treated with dignity, respect and compassion by all staff...a welcome gift! Dr. Squires & Staff are adept, helpful, flexible and prompt assisting me, whether in scheduling, taking vitals, diagnosing & creating my health plan, refilling prescriptions. I always feel seen and heard...and I appreciate it!

Anonymous name for privacy reasons but I cannot say accurately convey how appreciative I am of Life Path. I called during a moment of crisis where I didn’t know where to turn. At first, it seemed as if they weren’t able to help immediately but the front desk receptionist went above and beyond to see what she could do to get me in with someone. Not only is the front desk lady (I think her name is Marcy) but their med management team is phenomenal. Aaron truly cares about his patients and goes above and beyond to try and help his patients. I am forever grateful for the care I received.

I’ve been a loyal client for over five years, and the entire team never fails to impress. From the moment I walked in, Tessa was incredibly friendly and helpful. Her warm personality made me feel welcomed and valued right away, which set such a positive tone for my entire visit. I felt comfortable and heard from the very first session. My counselor creates a safe, non-judgmental space where I can be completely open. She an attentive listener who provides insightful perspectives that have truly helped me navigate a difficult period. I am so impressed with Nichole’s organization and professionalism. She manages all the moving parts of my case—from scheduling to documentation—with total ease. Her ability to explain complex processes clearly made a stressful situation much more manageable.

Christina is the absolute best counselor I’ve seen. She deeply cares about her clients and is very patient (even when u interrupt her constantly, sorry again). She has helped me so much in the short time I’ve been with her, more then any of my previous counselors combined. She’s understanding when life gets in the way, and will welcome you back with open arms if u take a little break. I recommend her every chance I get.

They are dedicated to each individual. When it's your turn to visit with your physician or therapist they treat you like you're very important and don't pressure you to hurry. They listen and address all of your concerns. Carey Crill has changed my life. I have been seeing her since 2008/2009. I am truly blessed to have her in facility in my life! Thank you everyone!

Dr. Brassell was amazing with treating my husband who had a kidney stone removed. He was professional, friendly, and made the whole procedure go as smooth as possible. Misty, the surgical nurse, was the best. She was very knowledgeable and explained everything to us and made us feel at ease. The day couldn’t have gone any smoother. The picture was my view from the waiting room. The VA hospital has a canteen for coffee, snacks and food.

I love my CBRS worker but I keep trying to reschedule my CDA appointment because I missed my appointment due to my newborn baby needing my attention and I forgot and ive been leaving messages to give me a call back and havnt received anything, the funny part is they told my CBRS worker that they tried to call me back, but my call log says other wise, she cant meet with me until I get this done, I’ll have to try again tmrrow but I really need them to actually call me back, its hard to deal with when your trying to finish school and take care of a 3 week old 😠

This place is really great!! They were able to see me in an extreme time of need. I was in a full-blown manic episode when I was in. We’re talking, taking pictures off of the walls and being super disruptive and frustrated cause I hate taking meds. and they were able to make the on boarding process effortless I sat in a quiet room alone with my wife until the doc was able to squeeze me in. Chelsea at the front is OUTSTANDING and a phenomenal multitasker! Dr Sally was extremely kind and respectful and honoring of my mental state and saw me in a way that made me feel safe and cared for. I am extremely grateful for this place! You will be well taken care of when you choose this place! Yes there are things that can be improved upon like any mental health facility. And, the most important part, being well taken care of free from judgement, is spot on here

Life became incredibly hard for me, and when I finally reached out for help, I found myself at this facility. I didn’t know what to expect, but my care team has been nothing short of amazing. Nikki, Kelly, and Tyler — thank you for being there when I was falling apart, for listening, and for reminding me that I’m not alone. Your kindness, patience, and genuine care have meant more to me than words can say.

Family member gained skills to resist harmful urges, learned refusal skills, and found ways to calm down when upset. Removal from the problem setting into a place to reset, reassess, and reflect was helpful for all family members involved. Helpful advocate with insurance coverage and mitigation of costs. Always a happy pick up after each day. A low demand atmosphere is a gift in teen life. The field trips were definitely a highlight and break to experience enjoyment in an otherwise non-preferred situation for being admitted in the first place. I'd say we are better off almost 1 year later given the expectation that Imagine was there to help, not necessarily solve our problems. That was for us to do as a family.
