Dr. Melo is incredibly knowledgeable, kind and best of all, RELIABLE! I appreciate that he only sees one patient in his office at one time and he gives his full, undivided attention to his patient. Dr. Melo was recommended to me by a friend, after my previous doctor had closed her practice. I was extremely nervous about running out of medication. When I called the Solstice office, I was able to get an appt with Dr. Melo quickly and was assured that I would NOT run out of medication. It was so nice to feel supported in that moment, especially as a brand new patient. It’s been a few years now and I am stabile on a very convenient maintenance schedule, thanks to Dr. Melo!

Bradley D. and Mrs. Estrellita are the most Caring and Knowledgeable Parental improvement Therapist one could have. I have learned many things this past year. This place did wonders for my sobriety. The therapists and staff exceeded all expectations. I HIGHLY recommend attending one of these facilities if you are struggling with substance use as they truly care for your wellbeing. I miss all of the employees there. You will also bond with your fellow clients and establish life long relationships.

I was very impressed with Sunset House and Meadows Recovery Center. I recently received treatment at the facility and I can honestly say that the experience was informative and rehabilitative with my struggles with alcohol addiction. The Center provided a safe comprehensive program where I came to know and more fully appreciate the issues I needed to deal with. They also gave me the necessary tools to have a positive recovery and avoid the pitfalls in life that would lead to relapse. I left Sunset House persuaded and encouraged to forge a healthy path for me and my loved ones. I can’t say enough about how great the experience was.

David Bolaños is an incredible therapist! I only ended my time with him because I moved. I was with him for over a year, and he taught me how to have better empathy and connect more with others. He also pinpointed my exact issue with anxiety, and he walked me through very tangible steps to get me into a much healthier headspace. David’s overall demeanor is one of approachability. He calmly listened to me, and he respectfully challenged some notions of mine when he thought it was appropriate. He is not demeaning, he is not rude, he is not rushed. For anybody who chooses David, you will find that he is a helpful guide through many of life’s anxieties. It was truly a blessing to have him as my therapist, as he helped me walk through some of my hardest times. I am happy for whoever will have him as their therapist in the future!

Leila is awesome! She is very easy to talk to and always makes you feel at ease. I've been going to her for sometime now and she has helped me immensely. Very knowledgeable and has great insight. She listens to you and never makes you feel rushed. Appointments are easy to get. Thank you Leila! :)

I appreciate healthcare offered at reasonable rates especially if you’re experiencing limited healthcare coverage. Carlene and Asia (along with the staff lady who draws blood) did an exceptional job with me, and I am extremely pleased. My Counselor, Angela, learn about me and my likes and dislikes. She then catered to my personality to get me to open up from the beginning. I had to discuss very tough personal items about me. Angela is very trustworthy and kind in her asking questions and getting me to answer those personal questions. I never felt judged and really connected to my counselor. It was such a pleasant experience and one I was totally dreading but I gained a wise friend.

I want to express my deepest gratitude to Dr. Jean for taking the time out of his busy schedule to meet with me and my future husband for premarital counseling. The session we had was truly insightful and eye-opening. Dr. Jean created a warm and welcoming environment where we could openly discuss important aspects of our relationship. He provided us with practical advice and tools, particularly the ten strategies for conflict resolution, which we are committed to applying to our marriage. These strategies have already started to reshape the way we view and address potential challenges, giving us confidence in our ability to build a strong and lasting partnership. Thank you again, Dr. Jean, for your guidance and dedication. Your wisdom and support mean so much to us, and we are excited to carry what we’ve learned into this new chapter of our lives.

Wow, this pace is AMAZING. Both the people we met, the person who did our intake and my daughter's counseler were both very nice and genuine. Very glad we chose this place. Highly recommend them! Very satisfied and excited to see the future outcome of my daughter. Not usual that you come across such nice upbeat and caring workers. And in my 30 years of life and seeing therapists I've never came across any like them. Definitely go with children's home society.

Kristen and Heidi have been a true blessing to me. They are compassionate, professional, supporting, caring and have a passion for the best interest of their patients. I have enjoyed the individual and group sessions, which have been a enlightening experience. Professionally trained and personally caring, the two best attributes in a mental health professional. I attend therapy, have taken TMS and am planning to take Spravato to treat a lifetime of depression. My progress has been noticeable to all my loved ones. I'm grateful.
