My experience with Haven of Scottsdale has been outstanding. The staff is incredibly attentive, compassionate, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure both patients and visitors feel comfortable. The level of care provided is truly top-notch, with a focus on meeting the individual needs of each patient. The facility is well-maintained, and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. I highly recommend Haven of Scottsdale for anyone in need of skilled nursing care!!

Dr. Justin Gardner made my son's day! When we walked in, Justin lit up and engaged with my child in such a way that he immediately dropped his normally reserved shell and started laughing and teasing right back. Overall, visiting Beljan Psychological Services was a useful, quick, and jovial experience for both me and my child.

My fiance and I absolutely love this practice. We have been working with Candy Friedman and John Gossett for a few months and they really have made all the difference. They're not only kind, compassionate people, but also highly skilled therapists. I can't express how grateful I am to have met them both.

Ryan Sheade is as good as it gets in Scottsdale and Phoenix (in my experience). I've been struggling with depression for years. Prior to seeing Ryan, I had very cynical stance on the effectiveness of counseling because I had 5 experiences with other counselors around the valley that provided little-to-no value and ultimately felt like a waste of time and money. Conversely, I legitimately look forward to my sessions with Ryan as he's helped me work through some really complex issues, challenges and misperceptions of my experiences to help me take back control of my life and mental health overall. He's as passionate as one can get about his craft, and genuinely wants to help people more than anything.

I am so thankful for Purpose Healing!! They really saved my life. They loved me when I couldn't love myself. I have never felt so welcome and safe. I had a safe place which is what I needed, to heal. That is truly priceless.

Healthy Futures was instrumental in my personal recovery from an eating disorder. I learned alongside other patients how eating disorders operate within group settings. I developed skills on how to cope with and heal from trauma through dialectical behavioral therapy. I also had the opportunity to relate to other people going through recovery as well. I received dietary services from Kimberly Guenther, and she was absolutely phenomenal. May she rest in peace! The somatic experiencing group by Ilene Smith was one of my favorite groups as it opened my eyes to how eating disorders are connected to trauma and how trauma becomes trapped in the body and needs to be physically released. I would say overall the staff is great, and you will have the support you need to recover as long as you are open and willing to put in the work. Healthy Futures hits the nail on the head when it comes to eating disorder recovery by providing well rounded care. Healing from an eating disorder recovery is one of the hardest things to do but worth it! It has helped me to live life more fully!

What makes a great clilic is staff or the workers who stand up and protect there patients although the current conditions at this clinic seem to need a change. This clinic took a friend in on a grant and promised him he would be taken care of only for the same manager to come back a few weeks later and cancel the patients services it was detrimental to the freind of mine. Very disappointed with this place with that said

The team at A New Beginning is so good at what they do and they genuinely care about their clients. Jessica, the front desk gal, is so nice and helpful and always greets you with a smile. All of the therapists I've met are really kind and committed to helping their clients recover from whatever they're struggling with, and the dietitian is super knowledgeable and nice. Their office is right off the 101 which is really convenient and the waiting room is so pretty and relaxing - it's like going to a spa. I have been to other centers and this one is by far my favorite. They take great care of their clients and you can just tell they are passionate about what they do. I highly recommend A New Beginning.

It didn’t feel like just another rehab program—it felt like a real path to rebuilding my life. The therapists and counselors were compassionate, knowledgeable, and always supportive. Desert Cove Recovery gave me the tools and confidence I needed to move forward with sobriety. You ignored me in 2019 when I told you guys I heard that staff call that girl baby when her door was shut and her lights were off, when it was brought to your attention the full story of what this man was doing to your patients your staff such as Jacky continued to call the man that SA’d your patients on FaceTime and acted confused when I was aggressive towards him over the phone, your facility is full of people taking advantage of children who need HELP and people that defend and stick by those that hurt those poor babies, one of those girls had to leave early because yall WOULDNT LISTEN to her when she told you what he did to her and it cost her family thousands just to make sure she was safe from a place meant to help her, the fact this place is still open disgusts me

The Meadows Outpatient Center is absolutely fantastic! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the welcoming and serene atmosphere of the facility. It’s not just a place for treatment, it’s a place where healing truly happens. The program offers a holistic approach tailored to each individual, ensuring that your treatment plan is personalized to meet your unique needs.

Do not book your appointment, save yourself. Only had two appointments with Dr. Simons and that was enough to never come back. As she diagnosed the patient with depression and proceeded to be hostil, rude and uncooperative with what the patient needed. The client requested something and she refused to be helpful because she wasn’t keen on the institution it was going to. When they got visibly upset the Dr. told her to “get it together, honey”, she hung up the call without allowing to say goodbye and was very ride throughout the call. Overall completely out of touch with the situation, giving that we have mental health issues she should be extra careful with the way she talks to people because she can cause them more stress, even to the point where the patient can do something to themselves. I want to add that the people at the desk making appointments are also not helpful.

We didn't have a good experience here. My husband had a telehealth visit and firstly, the provider didn't have a working camera which caused the nearly two hour appt to be incredibly uncomfortable (which by the way they warn you up front if you're not on camera they will cancel your appt for being "unprepared" and will charge a $200 cancellation fee so I'm not sure why providers wouldn't be held to the same standard). The provider was not very empathetic, told my husband he was "focusing on the wrong things" when asking about side effects of potential medication, and then ended up recommending and prescribing a medication my husband told the provider he has already tried and wasn't successful with. We truly feel like this was a waste of a co-pay and we now have an appointment with a different practice and will not be seeing this provider again in the future.

I have been a patient at NOAH for 4-5 years, but the past few months have been a nightmare. Despite being promised multiple times that I would receive a call back from my primary care doctor or assistance scheduling an appointment, nothing has happened. Over the last month, I’ve made countless calls, only to be met with empty promises and no resolution.

I’ve been a patient with Alium for several years. Recently they have had some changes in providers and staff. Good changes. Justin really understands depression, he took the time to understand and treat my depression. He introduced new possibilities in my treatment plan that have actually worked. Justin goes above and beyond to find a treatment that works; he will listen, he will research. He will do anything he can to help make you feel better.

I have been going to Dr. Ramiro Guillen since 2015. He has always listened to me and prescribed me only what I needed. He changes my dosage as needed but for the most part I've been on the same medication for 9 years. I went to a different psychiatrist prior to going to Dr. Guillen and that doctor was unfortunately one of the doctors thats in the pharmaceutical companies pockets and pushed a brand new medication on me that was not covered by my insurance and I paid $500 out of pocket for a refill. It was very refreshing to have a doctor who really listened to me and prescribed me what I needed and not what would make him some extra money. I was so happy with Dr. Guillen that I brought my son to see him when we discovered that he had some issues that needed to be addressed and my son has been seeing him for 6 years. The office staff is pretty nice but can be a bit forgetful with exception to Tiffany, she is amazing! Overall I recommend going to see Dr. Ramiro Guillen to anyone needing psychiatric care.

12 AM, no one within 40 miles. The African American woman instructed me to fill out the paperwork towards the back of the room. I told her there's no one within 30 miles and I waited 20 minutes outside while she was on her cell phone before she let me in. She said I don't 'care, go sit towards the back of the room. At that point I left because, yes, I felt a race issue and didn't want to succumb to that. If you're Caucasian, don't go here in the middle of the night, you'll be discriminated against.
