I have been extremely pleased with the counselling provided by the Owen Center. Brayden provided sound biblical advice, truly listened, showed great concern and guided me through a really hard time. I would highly recommend using the Owen Center!

We love Ariel and her horses are the best. We love riding on adventures, having horsey spa days and learning about all things horse. Ariel is super patient, friendly, understanding, and always puts the kids feelings and needs first. My children really feel heard and listened to by Ariel.

Shawn is a patient and caring provider that is non judgemental and genuine in her approach. She is always looking to improve her abilities through continuing her professional education, and she shares her insights freely with her patients. I have seen her for a year now and she has helped me to gain more control over the areas of my life that I can control and to become resilient and accepting of those things in my life that I am not able to influence.

I showed up here broken, insecure and lost. After 6 short months I had a relationship with the Lord, new loving church family, full restoration of my entire family. I am a very actively involved Grandmother. I am living my best life. I love these guys and this program.

We had our first appointment with my kids yesterday. Everyone was so helpful and kind. My oldest is typically not a fan of going to the doctor, but he was completely at ease during our visit. I was very pleased about how thorough Dr. Zidan is, and how he attended to my concerns. He genuinely cared and wanted to help us; and I am very thankful for his empathy, understanding, and knowledge. I love that he was concerned about not only my kids' physical well being, but also their mental wellness. Thank you so much! Looking forward to the years ahead with this amazing team!

The owner and its employees truly put our wounded warriors first (as they did for us), providing them with the highest level of exemplary treatment and care. It is a beautifully serene place for those who serve our country to regain their stability.

This is an amazing office, full of very kind and qualified staff. Russell Cotton is very knowledgeable and compassionate. They have had to provide me with many referrals for specialty providers and the staff go above and beyond in scheduling appointments with outside providers and contacting me immediately after scheduling them for me. We moved here from a large city in Nevada where healthcare was about money and not about patient care. This is truly a full service medical office with a focus on whole health. Whatever they don't provide, they will ensure they set you up with the services you need. I would recommend them to anyone needing a primary care provider.

I tried everything... LITERALLY EVERYTHING! I now have 5 months sober, have a stable full time job, and custody of both my children back. It definitely takes doing the work on yourself as well but methadone is a great support medication while getting through these things. Life couldn't be better. If you are serious about getting help I recommend BHG 100%.

It is 2024 and despite our dreams for the future with flying cars and trips to space for civilians, we are still living in the stone age with regard to the stigma surrounding mental health and asking for help. I can assure you that from the most hesitant and treatment-resistant first-time patients to the patient who needs a continuation of existing care and all those in between, EVERYONE at Provision Health Services will be met with kindness, compassion, and a genuine desire to listen, empathize, and help. Robin Pack has a gift and heart for service along with exceptional skill and vast knowledge with regard to treatment options, medications (or not), and any other concern you may have. Consider that the strongest individuals are the ones brave enough to ask for help--if you've decided to take that first step or additional steps in your mental health journey, Robin and Provision Health Services exist solely for you and this purpose. As a personal testament, I was on medication for YEARS that was at best not working well and at worst becoming problematic. Robin asked if I'd consider a simple swab for a genetic test and the results changed my life: I was genetically pre-disposed for the medicine I'd been taking intermittently for years NOT to work for me. This simple revelation and Robin's personal initiative have changed my life. Everything is inter-connected and in a world where taking care of our outward appearance is such an obsession, why would we not start with the inside? This is where the most beautiful and delicate parts of us reside, so treat them with care. The rewards are limitless, as are you!

I LOVE this clinic! Very caring staff, ALL of the staff! My husband has dementia and they went above and beyond to make him comfortable! Everyone in clinic is WONDERFUL!

Dr. Elkington is an amazing doctor. He really listens to his patients and works with them regarding their issues. He is the only provider who has ever been able to reach my son. I am eternally grateful for his guidance and support.

I am so grateful to have found Evolve Behavioral - they are amazing from the receptionist/medical assistant to the practitioners! Jessi has been truly amazing with her kindness, patience, and expertise. It's hard to find someone in mental health medicine who listens to your life and not just your side effects. I appreciate how she takes the stigma out of mental illness and talks to you like you're a person - she knows that you know yourself best and I'm grateful that she listens and believes what I say about my experience with the medications prescribed, not just hears what she wants to. She knows her stuff when it comes to all classifications of mental health medicine and I'm glad to have her as part of my care team.

I love the campus it's beautiful. Also the students and staff are all so great !
