Telecare Corporation Recovery Center at Sarpy in Bellevue, Nebraska is a 16-bed sub-acute residential mental health treatment facility for adults ages 19 and older with serious mental illness. Conditions treated include major depressive disorder, bipolar disorder, schizoaffective disorder, and schizophrenia. The structured 3–6 month program provides therapeutic, educational, and recreational groups, individual therapy, family therapy, medication management, 24-hour nursing care, case management, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) for qualifying clients.

Referrals are accepted from inpatient hospitals, community placements, corrections, and outpatient providers. The program is designed to support stabilization and transition to community living or lower levels of care.
