The whole medical reception team was in a meeting scheduled until 1:20pm when multiple arrived for their appointment or service assistance. This place tells you to arrive 20 minutes before your appointment, but aren’t even available to check you in. I could have arrived 5 minutes before my appointment and still would have beat the staff here.
