Southcentral Foundation’s Intensive Case Management (ICM) program, located at 400 West Benson Boulevard in Anchorage, Alaska, provides essential community-based behavioral health support for adults aged 18 and older. Designed to assist individuals facing complex behavioral health challenges that interfere with daily living, the program offers personalized services rooted in a strengths-based approach. Through intensive care coordination and community connection, ICM supports participants—referred to as customer-owners—in navigating key aspects of life such as housing, healthcare access, transportation, employment, and public benefits including food security and financial assistance.
