Region Ten – Peterson Counseling Center in Charlottesville, Virginia is an outpatient mental health and substance use treatment center serving adults, children, adolescents, families, and women, including pregnant and parenting women. The center provides outpatient therapy, intensive outpatient program services, and access to residential levels of care through the broader Region Ten system. Services include psychiatric treatment, medication management, case management, outpatient therapy services, individual therapy, group therapy, family therapy, psycho-education, peer support, recovery support services, substance use services, and care coordination, along with psychiatric evaluation, psychiatric consults, telepsychiatry services, ongoing assessment, medication and lab monitoring, pharmacological treatment, supportive therapy, auricular acupuncture, and Acudetox.
