Parkview Behavioral Health Institute – Park Center at 2710 Lake Avenue in Fort Wayne, Indiana, serves as the designated Community Mental Health Center (CMHC) for Allen, Adams, and Wells counties. As one of only 24 certified CMHCs in the state, Park Center provides a full continuum of behavioral health care designed to support individuals across every stage of life. Avenues is a place that I would happily 😊 recommend to any I ne who is looking to get and stay sober. The staff is amazing, Samantha, Bobby, Kyla, Julia, Tim, Teresa and Madison will help teach you the skills needed to do the shadow work to help you understand your addiction. Lisa and Tim will help you get to your next step after Avenues. Medical and the techs like Z, Dawn, Lopez, Melissa and so many more will help you day to day in getting and staying acclimated. Even the cleaning staff and Lorenzo at the front desk will take time to speak to you if you're having issues or just a rough day.

This facility changed my life for the better. All the staff here was amazing and really cared about my wellbeing. Jamie (nursing staff) was my absolute favorite , she was so kind and made me feel important. I would recommend this facility to anyone struggling with mental health or addiction!

I would give Fort Wayne recovery 10 stars if I could. Everyone staff member truly cares about your recovery and they teach you essential things about living a healthy life.
