Parkview Behavioral Health Institute – Park Center at 2710 Lake Avenue in Fort Wayne, Indiana, serves as the designated Community Mental Health Center (CMHC) for Allen, Adams, and Wells counties. As one of only 24 certified CMHCs in the state, Park Center provides a full continuum of behavioral health care designed to support individuals across every stage of life. The Lake Avenue location offers both inpatient and outpatient services, ensuring that residents have access to timely, evidence-based treatment tailored to their unique needs. Services range from diagnostic evaluations, therapy, and medication management to more intensive programs such as residential treatment and intensive outpatient care.
