Northeast Treatment Centers - Integrated Wellness

Northeast Treatment Centers (NET) – Integrated Wellness, located on Columbus Boulevard in Philadelphia, is a forward-thinking behavioral health facility committed to providing holistic care through its Integrated Community Wellness Center (ICWC). As a pilot initiative in partnership with the Pennsylvania Department of Human Services (DHS) and Community Behavioral Health (CBH), this center blends traditional mental health and addiction treatment services with integrated physical health care. The ICWC model enhances outpatient services by promoting whole-person wellness, focusing on both physical and behavioral health needs.

At this location, individuals can access evidence-based treatment for mental health and substance use disorders alongside comprehensive supports such as same-day service access, physical health screenings, care coordination with medical and community providers, and connections to case management and peer support services. With a strong emphasis on accessibility, quality, and community collaboration, NET’s Integrated Wellness Center is designed to reduce barriers to care and improve long-term outcomes for individuals and families across the Philadelphia region.
