I cannot say enough good things about Bright Paths Recovery. From the very first phone call, our family felt supported during one of the most overwhelming and emotional times of our lives. A very special thank you to Jessica in Admissions, she truly went above and beyond for us. She was incredibly patient, compassionate, and empathetic while walking our family through every step of getting our loved one into treatment. She answered every question, calmed our fears, and made us feel like we were not alone in the process. Her kindness made all the difference. Adam has created a safe, loving, and structured environment for people who genuinely want help. You can feel the integrity and care woven into the program. The structure, accountability, and compassion at Bright Paths Recovery set it apart. Hershel has also been an incredible continued support even beyond my loved one’s time in treatment. Knowing there is ongoing support means everything to families navigating recovery. The chef’s food is amazing (which matters more than people realize during treatment, I know this firsthand because I was offered a lunch plate when visiting on the weekend), and Marlyn and the entire BPR staff treat clients with dignity, respect, and genuine care.
