EOSIS – Lake Shore, located at 140 Quail Street in Saint Paul, Minnesota, is a 23-bed men’s residential treatment center specializing in addiction and co-occurring mental health disorders. As a licensed dual diagnosis facility, EOSIS Lake Shore provides a structured and supportive environment where residents can receive individualized treatment plans tailored to their clinical, emotional, and medical needs.
