Cascadia Health - Woodland Park Health Center

Located at 10373 NE Hancock St., Suite 200 in Portland, Oregon, Cascadia Health’s Woodland Park Health Center is a comprehensive outpatient facility offering integrated behavioral and physical health services for individuals of all ages. With a whole-health care model, the center provides coordinated services including individual and group therapy, medication management, peer support, care coordination, substance use disorder treatment, and primary care. The adult program also supports geriatric mental health, individuals with co-occurring conditions, and offers supported employment to assist in long-term recovery and wellness.

Cascadia’s Child and Family Services program provides culturally responsive, trauma-informed outpatient care for youth and families, offering school-based counseling, family therapy, Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), and parenting groups. For individuals struggling with substance use disorders, the center provides Medication Supported Recovery (MSR) for opioid and methamphetamine addiction, combining counseling with evidence-based medication-assisted treatment (MAT).
