Belmont Comprehensive Treatment Center, located on Southeast Belmont Street in Portland, Oregon, is a premier outpatient facility dedicated to helping adults overcome opioid addiction through evidence-based, compassionate care. Serving individuals aged 18 and older of all genders, Belmont CTC specializes in medication-assisted treatment (MAT)—an approach that combines FDA-approved medications with targeted behavioral therapies to support long-term recovery. Medications offered include methadone, buprenorphine, Suboxone®, and naltrexone, selected and dosed based on each individual's unique clinical needs following a comprehensive assessment.
What sets Belmont CTC apart is its integrated approach to care. The center offers both individual and group therapy, creating space for self-reflection, emotional growth, and peer support. Clients work one-on-one with trained counselors to identify the root causes of addiction, process trauma, and build resilience. Group sessions provide a collaborative setting to learn coping strategies, reinforce accountability, and reduce feelings of isolation.
