Ellen is an incredible therapist. She arrives at each session prepared and she is always ready to help clients tackle difficult conversations/issues. Ellen is an excellent listener and quickly notices non-verbal cues. She is impartial; fair; and compassionate. Ellen has been a great coach and teacher. Scheduling was easy; they took our insurance; and I was able to get an evening appointment after work. Dr. Hopkinson is a wonderful; compassionate doctor. She is a good listener; and truly helped me get through some very tough times. If they had 10 stars; she gets 10.

I’ve been going to Orchard Mental Health Group (OMHG) for over a year and I’m pleased with my progress. I needed to find a new psychiatrist because the one I was seeing, for 24 years, retired. It was a transition for me and I was a bit nervous about the change. I asked for help with medication management and was told I’d be seeing Amanda. She explained that one of my medications I was taking for 10 + years wasn’t meant for long term care. I was confused at first because my psychiatrist was a Doctor of psychiatry and I had a difficult time understanding why he would prescribe me a medication that was not meant for long term. I heard what she had to say about the medication, thought about it, and then agreed to get tapered off my medication. It’s been a long sick process, but I’m getting close to the end. Amanda is taking me down slowly because it could kill me if stopped abruptly. I really like the zoom meeting because I’m disabled and driving flares me up, so I’m greatly appreciative of that. I feel comfortable talking with her and I feel heard. I’m looking forward to seeing how I feel off of this one medication, it’s too soon to tell because of withdrawal symptoms. She’s helping me as much as possible to not feel too sick. I recommend for medication management

Dr. Vera Okoye is incredibly kind and attentive. Talking with her feels like being with a sister—someone who genuinely cares and remembers everything I’ve shared. She creates such a safe, warm environment that I feel completely comfortable opening up about anything. She has a natural, down-to-earth approach that doesn’t feel like the usual therapy setting, making each session feel personal and supportive. I’m truly grateful for her compassionate care!
