You will get the best care possible from someone who is not just knowledgeable and current on the best medical practices, but kindness from someone who is absolutely one of the most compassionate people I have ever met. They are very helpful they provide transportation to and from home whether through their vans or Safe Rife Lyft covered by most insurance!! They provide breakfast in the morning with coffee or orange juice and they feed you lunch!! They have group and individual counseling so in case you don't want to share something private in group there is individual!! They are very helpful happy people and don't judge!! I have worked with Lori Prado for a couple of years now. My work with Lori has changed my life in ways that I never thought possible. Lori’s open mindedness to a holistic approach has fostered a well rounded treatment plan for my recovery, involving collaborative work with my psychiatrist and functional medicinal doctors. My consistent, long-term diagnosis of “treatment resistant” depression was challenged through my work here with Lori and the RODBT groups that I attended with her team. With my new skills, I was finally able to complete college after years of attempting to do so. I am now living successfully, able to hold a long term job, have healthy relationships and maintain a depression-free life. Thank you forever, Lori!

Pathlight is awesome. You may be scared to come for treatment, don’t be. The staff is awesome. The director, Kris, is amazing. All the therapist are top notch, especially Lucas(Maya is also a badass). The therapist are there to listen and then challenge you in the most healthy way possible. They really do care here, and I assure you, you will come away meeting some people that you will feel like you will be friends for life.

I've been seeing Jordan Davis for a few months now for ADHD and anxiety treatment, and I've been very happy with the level of care. Jordan takes my concerns seriously, listens attentively, and I truly feel supported throughout the process. I have been in treatment for over a decade through different providers with varying levels of success, but feel super good about Graceland.

Note: The woman at the front desk is AMAZING. So kind, thoughtful, and welcoming. I see the humanity shining in this place. It doesn't feel like a part of a standardized system but rather a place where people can heal and are treated with compassion and basic human decency (which can be rarer than you'd think).

Healing Minds Behavioral Health is a practice with dedicated and caring clinicians that includes the owner and clinician Alex Lopez. Alex is someone I got to know very well as a colleague when we were both doing our internship as graduate students. Alex has always had the needs of the client at the forefront of the therapeutic process which has now been elevated after opening this private practice. I am confident that his staff has the same vision of providing the best services available, that will enhance quality of life for the client.

UPDATE: Now giving 5 stars. After I wrote my original review below, I was contacted by the office manager, Adrienne (I hope I’m spelling it right). She was so nice and helpful. She asked me what happened, explained there had been a mixup, and rescheduled me with Dr. Corona. Since then, I have had 2 visits with Dr. Corona. I have had no scheduling issues, and Adrienne has called me a few times to check in and has given me her direct contact number in case I need anything. Dr. Corona is also great, he thoroughly explains all your treatment options and genuinely listens. Highly recommend him! Original review: I never write reviews, but I am extremely disappointed. I had my first appointment scheduled with Dr. Corona today. I used the virtual link that was emailed to me and I sat there waiting for 20 minutes for the doctor. I tried the link several times, tried to get ahold of the office, but since it's a Saturday the office was closed. So I sat there waiting in the virtual waiting room. The receptionist finally got on at the 20-minute mark and told me that we were going to have to reschedule because I just joined. I told her I had been waiting there since my exact appointment time. She then put me on hold for another 5 minutes and then came back on and said we would have to reschedule, but "no worries" I wouldn't be charged. I couldn't believe it, and I should have not been charged in the first place. I'm not sure if the receptionist didn't get on the call on time (I'm thinking this was the case), or the doctor was busy, but either way, it was not my fault. I decided not to continue with them and told the receptionist that it was a horrible first experience. She didn't even try to apologize. It may not have been the doctor's fault, but I wouldn't want to go to a mental health practice where the front staff is not helpful and rude.

The staff is incredible and always kind each visit. I am so grateful for the hard work they do each day. Dr. Spears has been the best PCP I have ever had. Thank you all for your time and care!

I personally worked under psychiatrist Van King, MD and I'm very proud of his accomplishment in opening this clinic. Dr. King is the quintessential, integral, ethical, and professional provider you could ever want to help you or work with. Rest assured, patients and staff are in good hands under Dr. Kings leadership as you can see from the previous excellent patient reviews. To the employees of this clinic, always remember that someone is always watching and observing you. You are a representation of your employer.

I can NOT recommend Brittany Christiansen or the play therapy program. It is my first personal experience with play therapy. Ms. Christiansen was recommended by another counselor who didn't accept young children. She may be of benefit in simple, straightforward cases, but our situation was more complex, and she was unable to handle the case. She repeatedly went back to certain basic principles that had already been utilized and in place. The counselor chose to cut back visits despite the fact that our family and our granddaughter felt uncomfortable moving to every other week. This caused regression and escalating behaviors. When addressed, there were no new recommendations or help offered, just status quo therapy sessions. She continued to see us without offering anything to address exacerbation. I had to seek our additional help from physician, specialists, and look for answers on my own. After a severe escalation that came close to needing emergency intervention, I had a phone call and parent meeting, which I was told was to discuss our concerns and brainstorm future recommendations and therapy plans. Turns out the meeting was only to say what they were doing wasn't working and offer their "recommendations" for OT therapy which they knew had already been ordered by her specialist, recommend some other programs which I had already asked their thoughts on (not their idea/recommendation) and tell us there was nothing else their offices could provide so they would be terminating care. So, as I said, if you have a sweet, compliant child who just needs something straightforward and simple then go for it, but if you have a strong-willed child with complex traumas that will require real work and solutions keep looking because she can't do it

I've been going here for the last 5 years. Dr Sherick Is a very kind man. The office staff is always right on top of my refills. I've seen post that are negative. Some people like it some people don't. I even have family members that don't. But that's okay I like it. There is sweet and kind to me. Very patient and helpful.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Forte at Innova. She is incredibly kind, caring, and honest, and I am forever grateful for the support she has given me throughout the past 3 years . She took the time to truly listen to every single word I said, making me feel heard and understood in a way that is rare to find. Dr. Forte provided me with the education and tools I needed to better understand what I was going through, which made a huge difference in my journey. Because of her guidance, I finally see a light at the end of the tunnel and look forward to my new life in CO. 😊 Her compassion and dedication to her patients truly stand out, and I always felt like I was in good hands. Our child was admitted for SI and self harm. Communication was fantastic. The staff talked us through all of the forms. Waiting took a long time but staff kept us updated as to when they were with getting him in. They brought us food and made sure we did not need anything while waiting. Communication started as soon as that evening after his admission with the nurse calling to let us know how he was doing. His therapist stayed in constant communication with us and kept us informed of how he was doing. His therapist helped us to identify another program that would benefit him more long term. I can’t say enough good things about Kaitlyn his therapist. Our child was allowed to make calls to us and we were able to call him. We felt that our child was safe during his stay at Laurel Ridge. We have been to several facilities over the last year with the same child and this was a great experience. As hard as it is to admit a child in need, I would recommend this facility to families with children in need of this high level of care.

I tried to do the financial counseling and the lady Krissy was late for both phone calls. If the appointment is for 11:30am then that’s the appointment time, not 11:57. Unprofessional.

totally disrespectful and very unprofessional. they are supposed to help you to stay out of jail but they make sure you will have violations and are quick to throw you back in jail.in no way is this helping and healing.jail is the wrong environment for people with mental problems.they know this and are putting non violent patients back in jail for months and there mental condition gets worse.something is not right and this needs to ✋ stop.
